The apartment can sleep an extra 2 if the sofa bed in the open plan living area is used (To be requested when booking). There is also a separate shower room with toilet and sink, all bathrooms are with fixed heated towel rails.
There is a large open plan living area with dining space and a full size, well equipped kitchen, this is a great place to chill out with friends and relax over a glass of wine!
The living area has a large TV with freeview, DVD player and free wifi.
All bed linen, towels, toilet rolls, hand soap and washing up liquid supplied plus a welcome pack including water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

There is a pub on the same road within a 5 min walk and the main town of Matlock is a 10 min walk down the hill.
The popular Peak District town of Matlock, together with its neighbour, Matlock Bath, have been attracting visitors to the area since the spa was developed in the late 17th century. Set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent, the Matlocks offer a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a host of attractions including Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham – a great place for all the family with its show caves, nature trail, water gardens and Owl Maze.
South of the town is the start of the High Peak Cycle Trail, whilst a short drive away is the National Tramway Museum at Crich. Only 8 miles away is the market town of Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Park, and Haddon Hall. The famous spa town of Buxton is also worth a visit.
