The Park-place facing the house is included in the price. The beach-place with a sunshade and two deckchairs is NOT included in the price. The penthouse has two double sleeping-rooms . One of these rooms is big enough to permit an added bed for the fifth person. The living-room is wide and with two sofas. The terrace grants a side-sight of the beach. and has o round table with four terrace chairs.
