It is located in an area served a stone's throw from a supermarket and only one kilometer from the historic center of Sarzana, but at the same time immersed in a large fully fenced garden with parking space inside.
Large garden will be at your disposal. Completion fenced, ideal for both children and to accommodate any pets that will accompany you. You will also find a large barbecue and everything you need to prepare delicious barbecues to be enjoyed outdoors under the porch in front of the house entrance.
