C'etait incroyable ! Au début nous avons eu peur a cause du vent a 45. Mais la lumière était magnifique. Le lieu est juste un exemple de ce qu'on peut faire d'écologique en beau et hyper bien placé. Elke est à la fois présente et discrète.Je reviendrai bien avec mes enfants !

Genau was ich gesucht habe. Abseits vom Touristenrummel, günstig gelegen um alle Ausflugsziele auf der Insel zu erreichen, man kann sich erholen und für einen Langzeiturlaub bestens geeignet. Sehr nette Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft der Betreiberin.

In der ruhigen und gepflegten Finca richtig ausspannen und ausruhen können. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, unkomplizierte Betreuung. Teguise und Meer ganz in der Nähe. Einfach toll.

Nous avons était très bien accueilli par Elke qui nous a faut découvrir sa merveilleuse Finca. Le gîte est décoré avec soin, on s'y sent très bien. L'environnement est magnifique (rando et plage à proximité) Superbe expérience

Calme et vue imprenable
"Au millieu de nulle part" mais à seulement 4 kms de la plage sur laquelle on a la vue depuis la maison et , de toute façon, Lanzarote n'est pas bien grand et on n'est jamais loin de quoi que ce soit. Le jardin est trés beau, la maison bien agencée et l'accueil sympathique. A recommander absolument

El lugar perfecto para conocer la isla
La localización de la finca es ideal para conocer la isla, las vistas inmejorables (los Riscos de Famara y su playa). El enclave es perfecto para llegar a cualquier punto de la isla en poco tiempo, además tiene muy fácil acceso, con las indicaciones de la propietaria, no tiene pérdida. La casa es muy acogedora. La cocina equipada con casi de todo lo que puedas necesitar y la barbacoa del jardín es un gran acierto, dado el agradable clima de la isla, pudimos disfrutar de cenas al aire libre en el mes de diciembre. Un buen lugar para descansar después de una jornada intensa y, pese a que hay otras casas, hay total intimidad, por lo menos en la casa en que nos alojamos nosotros. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Lanzarote volveremos a alojarnos aquí. Magnífico, tranquilo, encantador
Estuvimos en Lanzarote a finales de Mayo 2010. Inicialmente en un hotel, correcto pero frío e impersonal. Y posteriormente "aterrizamos" en esta maravilla de casa de apartamentos de vacaciones, preciosa, magnífica, tranquila, muy bien situada lejos del bullicio y con una preciosa vista hacia Famara. Muy recomendable. Cuando volvamos a visitar Lanzarote volveremos a la Finca de las Laderas.

¡ VACACIONES PERFECTAS!
Mi amiga, Lukas (un precioso galgo) y yo disfrutamos de una estancia de 11 días en esta maravillosa casa rural de Lanzarote. La casa es una de las mejores que hemos conocido y eso que hemos estado en muchas tanto en España como en el extranjero. Está equipada con todo lo necesario; se agradecen extras como barbacoa, juegos recreativos de mesa, hamacas, libros... Muy límpia, fresquita y cómoda. Los dos accesos a la calle de nuestro alojamiento nos facilitaba mucho la vida teniendo un perro. Al estar a unos 200 metros de la carretera, se descansa en total silencio. A pasar de tener tan cerca una de las mejores playas de Lanzarote, preferíamos tomar el sol en la piscina de la casa porque se respiraba una brisa suave y relajante, sin ruidos...En fin, una paz increíble! Lo más bonito de Lanzarote está a escasos minutos en coche de la finca; Famara, Teguise, Haría, Arrieta... Y por último, destacar la amabilidad de sus propietarios desde Elke a Batulo, un perfecto compañero canino para nuestro Lukas. Siempre se mostraron solícitos pero nada invasivos. La Finca de Las Laderas es altamente recomendable y el mejor alojamiento para disfrutar de una isla tan especial y tan mágica como es Lanzarote.

Ni un ruido. Tan solo los pajaros que al mediodía te recordaban la hora de bajar a Famara a darte un baño. Lanzarote es mucho Lanzarote, sobre todo a los que nos gusta la tranquilidad. Muchas gracias Elke por todo. Te esperamos en el pais de las montañas. Un beso de Mónica y Antonio.

admiten mascotas!!!
hemos estado en Agosto, mi marido y yo en esta casa, concretamente en la casa del Molino, y me ha encantado, es preciosa...los dueños, amables,tbe su hija y Batulo, su perrito....la zona muy tranquila, y cerca de la playa de Famara, espectacular.. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
