Renovated farmhouse located in a very pleasant site 3km from the center of Bresse, quiet place.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen, living room, lounge + small lounge in front of the fireplace. A sauna to relax. Around many walks to do, mountain bike trail and snowshoe oflechéché. Ski resort Bresse-Hohneck 20 minutes. Many lakes to see, Gerardmer 15 minutes. Near Alsace. Livestock of llamas, Inn at 900m.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Fantastischer Ausblick, dieses Haus ist mit voller Belegung und auch für uns mit zeitweise nur 4 Personen toll. Die Ausstattung ist wircklich gut. Es ist sauber. Ein grosses altes Haus, in dem vortlaufend modernisiert wird, dabei seinen Charm und damit Gemütlichkeit behält. Vieles ist extra wieder rustikal gemacht, sehr passend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zusätzlich Glück , dass beim Einchecken noch ein Herr mit deutsch und englisch Kenntnissen dabei war. Die kleine Wohnung am anderen Giebel war auch wechselnd vermietet. Alles nette Leute und zi keiner Zeit störend. Es wird auch dort in Zukunft mehrere Wohnungen geben, aber alle Eingänge und Fenster so das die große Ferienwohnung ein Hausgefühl behält. Die Wander -und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind unerschöpflich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für diese Möglichkeit den Urlaub zu verbringen.

Problemloser, unbeschwerter Urlaub

Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermieterin klappte hervorragend, sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt sowie bei Nachfragen zwischendurch. Dass in dem Haus eine Einliegerwohnung besteht und auch vermietet war, hat - entgegen unserer Erwartung - überhaupt nicht gestört, da die Wohnung einen eigenen Eingang hatte. Die dortigen Mieter haben wir die ganze Zeit gar nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Das Haus war insgesamt o.k., kein moderner Schnickschnack, eher rustikal und für unsere Bedürfnisse (drei Familien mit 4 Kindern im Alter zwischen 7 und 10 Jahren ) genau passend, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut o.k.

Séjour rando Vosges en famille

La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Le cadre est magnifique et très calme tout en étant proche de la Bresse et de ses commerces. Beaucoup d’activités et de randos à faire à proximité. Ados et adultes y ont trouvé leur compte. Une belle semaine dans une très jolie région.

Ein schönes Wochenende mit der Familie

Wunderschön, wir kommen wieder. Das Haus ist auf einer schönen Anhöhe, sehr ruhig gelegen, der nächste Nachbar ca. 400m entfernt, wir waren 7 Personen und 1 Kleinkind und konnten ein Wochenende in den mitten der Vogesen verbringen, trotzdem sind viele Aktivitäten in 10-15 erreichbar. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, wir konnten Grillen und gemeinsam das Leben genießen, ich werde dieses Wochenende in schöner Erringung behalten. Liebe Grüße an Madame Carole, die Dame des Hauses die sich liebevoll um alles kümmert.

Schöner Schein

Aufgrund der geringen TN-zahl konnten alle Zimmer belegt werden. In einem der Zimmer gab es keine Heizung. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren okay, das Mobiliar im "Wohn/Kaminzimmer" grenzwertig. Der Kamin durfte nicht genutzt werden. In der FeWo-Anzeige stand nicht, dass für Strom und Gas extra gezahlt werden muss (87,-€) und für die Endreinigung wurden nochmal 100,- verlangt. Und das Haus sieht nur auf den Fotos gut aus. In Echt nagt der Verfall, auf der Rückseite ist eine große Baustelle, an der Seitenwand über der Terrassentür wölbt sich die Wand.

Schöner Aufenthalt in abgelegenem Haus

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 11 Personen in dem abgelegenen Haus. Insgesamt sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, sie spricht allerdings nur französisch. Ein paar Dinge, die uns bei der Buchung nicht klar waren: In dem Haus ist gleichzeitig noch eine Airbnb-Wohnung, was man wissen sollte, wenn man als Gruppe komplett ungestört sein möchte (sofern die Wohnung frei ist, kann man sie aber noch hinzubuchen, es ist die gleiche Vermieterin). Strom und Gas werden zusätzlich abgerechnet, d.h. bei Check-in und Check-out werden die Zählerstände abgelesen (bei 1 Woche waren das bei uns 115€ bei mehrmaligem Saunieren). Die Heizrohre sind teilweise etwas laut, meistens hat man sie aber irgendwie einstellen können, sodass es leise war (was dann allerdings nicht unbedingt die Temperatur war, die man wollte. War jetzt aber auch nicht dramatisch). Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Magnifique week-end

Tout d’abord une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas , de beaux sentiers de randos à proximité.La maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre de grandes chambres sur 2 étages avec une bonne literie ,on a adoré les salles de bains rénovées avec goût tout comme la cuisine très bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec 2 grands frigos ,beaucoup d’ustensiles à disposition.La grande table à manger avec le salon et le poêle sont conviviales .Bref on a passé un superbe week-end de 12 personnes même avec une météo maussade à refaire avec un grand soleil aux beaux jours .Le sauna est un plus .L’emplacement est idéal!La propriétaire est très arrangeante.Allez y sans hésiter!

Vacances d hiver 2024

Gîte bien placé pour rayonner sur La Bresse et Gerardmer ou nous avons passé d’excellents moments en famille avec nos enfants et leur conjoint ainsi que nos trois petits-enfants (8, 7 et 3 ans). Quelques petites remarques sur la température dans la cuisine mal chauffée et sur la taille du salon qui ne présente pas suffisamment de places confortables assises pour 9 personnes ainsi qu une salle d eau très petite au rez de chaussée. En revanche nous avons pu, avec un peu d organisation, prendre du bon temps et avoir de bons moments de convivialité intergénérationnelle ce que nous cherchions tous. En conclusion nous avons passé un bon séjour et créé de bons souvenirs.

Sehr schöne Lage leider bei Abreise Energiekosten Abzocke

Sehr schönes altes Haus. Idyllische Lage. Leider enttäuscht der Check Out mit falsch berechneten Energiekosten. Die Vermieterin wählt einen offensichtlich falschen Rechenweg bei der Ermittlung der Energiekosten. Laut unserem Rechnungen wäre der Verbrauchspreis nur ein drittel des angesetzten Betrages gewesen. Am Schluss kommen zusätzlich 100,- Endreinigung obendrauf. Für 2 Nächte wurden dadurch nochmal 200,- bei Abreise fällig. Vorsicht Kostenfalle.

Toller Aufenthalt und nette Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Man muss wissen dass nebendran noch eine Ferienwohnung ist in der eine junge Familie war. Dass steht nicht im Inserat und wir hatten Sorge wegen Ruhezeiten. Zum Glück hat alles problemlos ggeklappt. Ansonsten ist die Lage schön, die Sauna ist super, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer mit Ofen (selber zusätzliches trockenes Holz und Anzünder mitbringen) lassen sich auch ein paar Regentage aushalten. Aufgrund des vielen Regens waren wir nicht so weit unterwegs, aber ansonsten schönes Mittelgebirge! Skifahren konnten wir leider nicht testen.

Séjour découverte Vosges et Alsace entre 12 amis.

Cet hébergement nous a permis de rayonner pour découvrir Vosges et Route des vins en Alsace en voitures anciennes très bonne prestation, confortable, vue imprenable dans un cadre calme et revigorant, aprés un très bon accueil par une propriétaire très gentille et dévouée que nous remercions. la maison permet une belle tablée conviviale, tout en offrant un bon confort et une bonne intimité dans les chambrées. Nous recommandons fortement.

Ruime Franse woning. Voldoende slaapruimtes voor 12 personen. Ruime eetkamer en aparte TV kamer.

Buiten speelruimte boor kleine kinderen minder geschikt vanwege steil aflopend perceel zonder hekwerk. Veel bezienswaardigheden liggen meet naar oosten dus moet telkens de pas worden genomen.

Excellent séjour ! Chalet spacieux, bien équipé et très chaleureux. Seul petit bémol pour l'isolation et le chauffage (notamment dans la cuisine, non chauffée). Nous avons eu un peu froid.

An enjoyable stay!

The house is large, very spacious, and well-equipped. The views are stunning! Communication and check-in were easy. Be sure to note the additional fees (100 euros for cleaning, as well as additional charges for heating and electricity that need to be paid on the check-out day). Otherwise, we do recommend the stay.

Vue superbe

Notre groupe de 11 amis a passé un excellent séjour en septembre dans ce gîte très bien situé. Il est en hauteur sur un chemin de randonnée avec une vue sur la vallée ce qui nous a permis de partir en balade sans voiture. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Carole qui est très sympathique. Vacances réussies dans une très belle région.
