Sea Magic Park (general)
Sea Magic Park is a brand new development of high quality apartments and villas situated adjacent to its sister site, Sea Magic, on the seafront near the village of Esentepe. The site also boasts 3 communal pools, a café restaurant, a spa with hamam and a gym, as well as private access to a beach (with sunbed facilities). Visitors to Sea Magic Park can also use the facilities at the neighbouring Sea Magic site, eg.a children’s play area, a restaurant/café/bar, table tennis, boules, pool table, basketball court and tennis court. The management company’s offices are also on site to help you with any information, car hire bookings etc. Within walking distance of the site, you will find a well-stocked supermarket ,a chemist, and a good quality restaurant, so you do not necessarily need a car for this location. You can also walk down to beautiful, unspoilt beaches in 2 mins and there is a local bus that runs between Esentepe and Kyrenia (day time only).
The property’s location on this picturesque coastline offers you the chance to get away from the crowds and discover the real Cyprus. Nearby mountain and rural villages remain largely untouched by commercialism; explore secluded coves and vast sandy beaches on the Karpas peninsula; or for a more lively scene visit Kyrenia with its cobbled streets, horseshoe harbour, shopping and bars, or the ancient walled cities in Nicosia and Famagusta with their mosques, museums and colourful markets. This area simply bristles with history – Byzantine and Roman ruins are everywhere, and if you fancy some exercise you can explore the rocky heights of the crusader castles located high on the mountain peaks. Fishing and boat trips, water sports, scuba, paragliding and horse riding activities are all available nearby.
The nearby Korineum Golf and Country Club is an international standard 18-hole championship course with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The 72-par course was carved from the natural forest of umbrella pines and olive trees on the slopes of the Beşparmak mountains, and is designed to challenge all standards and ages. There is a fabulous driving range, 3 dedicated training holes, luxurious clubhouse that rivals any 5-star facility in the world, a pro-shop, restaurant, bar, spa and gym facilities. They have recent added a professional tennis academy to their top class facilities. (5 mins drive).

General AREA / REGION
This area east of Kyrenia is quiet and still remains largely undeveloped. The natural coastline with a stunning backdrop of the Besparmak mountain range makes this area unique with incredible views all round. With empty roads and little traffic it takes no time at all to get to the ‘panhandle’ of Cyprus – the Karpas Peninsula with its impressive long, empty sandy beaches and its wild donkeys, or to explore the ancient towns of Kyrenia (Girne) and Famagusta (Gazi Magusa). History is everywhere – this corner of Cyprus is dotted with well-preserved ruins. If you like walking, you will find miles of empty mountain tracks and ridge paths, with hilltop Crusader castles to explore along the way. There is so much to see. If you just want to relax on a beach, then there are lots to choose from, from sophisticated beach clubs to small deserted coves all along this splendid coast.
