El Mirador del Alberche 1 (4 ****), your beautiful rural house in the Sierra de Gredos, opposite the natural pools of the Alberche River, passing through the beautiful town of Navaluenga in Ávila.

The Mirador del Alberche 1, is a luxurious rural house, ideal to come with families, meetings of friends or couples, because this preciousness, is only for 4 or 5 people.

It is built of stone, granite walls 1 meter wide, the ceilings are hand carved in wood forming beautiful rustic coffered ceilings, are a masterpiece of cabinetmaking. All this mixed with the good taste of the decoration and the luxury of the finishes.
The Mirador del Alberche 1, is ideal in all senses, to enjoy the deserved rest of the travelers and also, to do one and a thousand activities that can be done in Navaluenga.
This accommodation is in a strategic location to do all the activities, because of the proximity and because, from the very door of the house, there are hiking trails to the Sierra de Gredos.

It is located just 3 minutes from the golf course to one of the natural pools of Navaluenga (right opposite), 30 minutes from Avila and just over 1 hour from Madrid (90 km), Toledo (110 km), Segovia ( 110 km), Salamanca (130 km) .... In addition, less than 1 hour, you can visit places such as Las Cuevas del Águila, Toros de Guisando, Las Cinco Villas, La Plataforma de Gredos .....

I encourage you to come and breathe the magic of "El Mirador del Alberche 1", your best option in Gredos.
Here in Navaluenga you have to visit a medieval necropolis, a Romanesque-style bridge, a Visigoth tomb, an old foal for shoeing ... all in the wonderful surroundings of the Sierra de Gredos.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. The owner was absolutely the sweetest, most accommodating person you could ask for. In typical Euro fashion, the bathroom is quite small but the intimate, well-kept, comfortable house was everything we needed and more. Highly recommend! Thanks Nieves!

Casita con encanto

Hola estuvimos del 1-10de agosto y lo pasamos genial. Nieves es un encanto siempre pendiente de lo que necesitaríamos. La casa es una preciosidad a pesar de la ola de calor nosotros estábamos Super fresquitos. El entorno precioso el río lo disfrutamos un montón las niñas disfrutaron muchísimo. Han sido unas vacaciones preciosas recomiendo cien por cien la estancia en esta casa. Besitos y ojalá algún día podamos volver.

Fabulosa la estancia

Los días 24-25 y 26 de Marzo decidimos pasar una escapada 4 personas en esta magnífica casa rural. Nieves nos atendió de lujo, preocupándose desde antes de nuestra llegada a Navaluenga. Nos guió hasta la casa además de explicarnos todo. La casa es una pasada, muy caliente, con dos habitaciones preciosas, un salón cocina muy acogedor y un baño bien equipado. Me encantó el artesonado del techo, las paredes de piedra, los detalles de la casa. Fuimos con un perro pequeño y Nieves nos dio todas las facilidades. El paraje es increíble, ideal para desconectar y vivir en un cuento, la gente de la zona muy maja. Acudimos a un restaurante cercano a cenar, La Galería, recomendado por Nieves donde nos trataron genial y comimos muy muy bien. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. La casa rural dispone además de información de la zona. Seguro que volveremos, el trato que hemos recibido de todas las personas de la comarca es inmejorable así como de la dueña de la casa rural, Nieves, muchísimas gracias por todo y que nunca se te acabe esa felicidad y esas ganas de preocuparte por la gente. Gracias Nieves

Buenas tardes, hace una semana mi pareja y sus dos niños tuvimos la ocasión de viajar a Ávila para ir a la boda de unos familiares y debido a que éramos cuatro ellos mismos nos recomendaron varios alojamientos por la zona.En un principio decidimos buscar algo por la capital pero por fechas nos resultó difícil, además del hecho que al ir con los peques nos limitaba mucho el ceñirnos a una habitación y de ahí que nos decidiésemos por un alojamiento rural. Pues he de decir que dimos en la diana, encontar Navaluenga nos resultó bastante fácil y cuando estábamos a escasos tres kilómetros mi novia llamó a Nieves quien muy amablemente nos esperó en la misma entrada de Navaluenga ya que los niños iban cansados y no queríamos perder tiempo buscando la casa. Una vez en el Mirador, Nieves nos ayudó con los críos mientras bajábamos las maletas, he de puntualizar que en todo momento, la propietaria no borró ni un segundo la sonrisa de su cara, algo que da una sensación más de familiaridad que de negocio. Bueno el entorno maravilloso con las piscinas naturales ,los puentes ,la naturaleza, el espacio para que los niños jugasen y la casa en si, todo genial. Los críos están acostumbrados a la ciudad y para ellos fue totalmente diferente(para nosotros también), realmente creo que disfrutamos más que ellos y le prometí a mi chica que en 2016 volveremos los dos solos (abuelos os ha tocado) a celebrar nuestra no luna de miel. Gracias Nieves de nuevo.Pd: La boda también estuvo muy bien.

Nieves, eres la mejor.

Hola lectores de Toprural, estuvimos 4 personas el finde pasado en El Mirador del Alberche. Nieves, es un encanto en todos los sentidos. La casa estaba perfecta, en todos los sentidos, decorada de Navidad, decoración exquisita, por cierto, estufa de pellet encendida, que hace que la casa, además de calentita esté más cogedora aún, si cabe. Además siempre está pendiente, nos pasó toda la información de restaurantes, actividades, nos recomendó varios... Me extraña muchísimo la calificación de su trato en la opinión anterior, imagino que, como dice ella, la caería mal por algo. Aunque veo imposible que esta mujer caiga mal a alguien, con esa sonrisa y simpatía que gasta. La casa es preciosa de verdad, parece una caja de bombones, es dulce y cálida, a juego con la dueña. Fuimos 4 en viaje de empresa y, no pudo ser mejor elección. Tiene de todo, me refiero a menaje y comodidades. Las estancias son acogedoras al máximo, muy amplia. Yo fui con muletas y, nuca me sentí incómoda. Repetiremos seguro.

Maravilloso

Estuvimos un fin de semana y fue impresionante desde el principio,la dueña Nieves nos trato en todo momento como si fuésemos sus amigos,no nos faltó de nada, limpieza exquisita, entorno mágico, que más se puede pedir.Estamos deseando repetir,gracias por todo Nieves.
