Malta family vacation
I don’t feel like I can leave an adequate review of the property because we were not able to stay in the property we reserved. We were extremely disappointed when we were advised two days prior to our scheduled arrival that the property we had booked had to undergo repairs, so we had to stay in another property. We had searched so many properties and chose a property that had a view and other amenities, but we ultimately did not get to stay there. That being said, Shortletsmalta did provide us with a substitute accommodation that was beautiful. Although it would not have been our choice because of lack of view and different bedroom layout, Victoria was so wonderful in assisting us with restaurant accommodations and arranging taxis for us. She additionally pre-purchased some groceries for us that were ready upon our late afternoon arrival. Victoria was the saving grace after several long travel days and a last minute change in accommodations.
