Spacious apartment in the centre of Athens with great light and windows in all rooms as well as 2 large balconies .
Suitable for 7+ nights stay. Can be flexible with check-in/check-out.
The apartment is 6minutes away from metro station and 2 minutes away from tram station ,direction both to city center and Athens Riviera and the port of Piraeus. One metro stop to ACROPOLIS station ,two stops to city center station SYNTAGMA.
The apartment located on 2nd floor of a family building no lift. It has 2 bedrooms, one of them has two single beds and the other one is a family room with one double bed and 2 single beds .One bathroom with shower and one WC.
An open- plan kitchen with sitting and dining area. Also in the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. The property provides air condition , free Wi-Fi!. and a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The apartment is a great choice for families or group of people that want to have a quick and easy access to central Athens.

excellent location and very comfortable
it was a very nice place to stay and rest. Very close to both tram and metro to get in to the city center. Supermarket 2 minutes away with very good selection of groceries. Overall it was a most enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. I would recommend it highly and the price is also very reasonable.

Wonderful place, even better host
My friend and I were lucky to visit during Easter weekend, and our host Joanna was so kind as to take us to the church services going on so that we could learn more about the culture; it was such a unique and beautiful opprotunity! I would also reccomend the apartment, as it's so close to the metro and train lines that you can just as easily get to the beach as the Acropolis if you so wish; the lodgings themselves were comfortable and beautiful, and on the deck you even have a view of the Parthenon. Also, Joanna is very responsive to any issues or questions you may have, and she is a kind soul who will make sure your trip goes right!

Tout était au rendez-vous avec bonheur et simplicité
L'appartement est vaste et conforme. Il.y a 3 x chambres et deux salles de bains/ toilettes. Trois balcons, des lits confortables, un appartement qui peut accueillir ou bien une personne seule, couples, familles jusqu'a 8 x personnes de façon très confortable. Beaucoup de facilités commerces autour. A 5 minute à pieds de la Station de métro Néos Kósmos laquelle est à deux stations de Acropoli/ Acropole, le centre de Athènes. C'est un quartier convivial et chaleureux. Les propriétaires Joanna et son époux nous ont-ils accueillis avec des bouquets de lavande de leur jardin s ls campagne. Ils nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention et de bonnes intentions. Si je retourne a Athènes je n'hésiterai pas à séjourner au même appartement. This place checked all of the boxes. The location was perfect, with close access to the metro to get to all the sites easily as well as grocery stores nearby. Joanna was a great host. Even letting us check in extremely early. And had great communication for finding and getting to the building. We had an amazing stay!

Had a fantastic time during my week long visit to Athens. I was fortunate enough to reserve this spacious, clean apartment just a few minutes walk from the Metro. There were other options available but they were all small studio sized apartments and a lot more expensive. This was a great choice. Joanna is a fantastic host and was available whenever I reached out. This apartment is also within walking distance of a nice local area, quiet and safe, with some good places to eat and drink. Thank you Joanna.

Awesome location
Very clean and comfortable property. Safe area away from city, but very close to metro and tram, ATM, convenient store, grocery, etc. Shower was great, kitchen was clean, and our stay was a joy.

This place was awesome! A 5 minute walk to the metro and right next to some amazing euro/souvlaki places! Joanna helped so much throughout our stay in Athens and gave us all the need to know info for our stay!

Excellent location for site seeing
Joanna was a kind and gracious host, meeting us upon our arrive with advice on navigating the apartment and downtown Athens. The metro is a must and this VRBO is an excellent location a few minutes walk from Neos Kosmos stop. A minor note is to follow Joanna's written directions to the apartment as the address linked to Googlemaps is not correct. Also note that the shower is a little tricky as the pipes are sculding hot which gave my wife a nasty burn on her leg. But don't let these minor notes discourage you, this was a great, high quality, clean apartment in a great location to site see with a caring host. Thanks Joanna!!

Quiet yet central
The apartment was clean and quiet and well equipped. This is a great location to see all of the sights in Athens. The train station is close by. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the people in Greece were very nice. We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for us!
This was a nice and spacious apartment in a residential area very convenient to a bakery, home style takeaway cooking, grocery store, bank ATM (ie not the expensive and ever present Euronet ones) as well as an easy walk to coffee shops, the tram and metro. The hosts stayed late (because of our delayed flight) to welcome us, were friendly, helpful and very quickly responsive to any needs (for example, the filter coffee maker wasn’t working one morning and a new one was available that afternoon). I stayed a month, part of which I was a woman alone returning from sightseeing/dining/a dance show after dark and felt safe. FYI… If you do stay there be sure to go up the hill across from the mini market towards, then behind, the church (keep going up stairs) for a wonderful view of the city (daytime and after dark)! Also, if you’re there on a Saturday walk through (and do your produce shopping at) the neighborhood outdoor market. It runs from near tram stop and extends for probably a kilometer - it is wonderful! We would be grateful for the opportunity to return! (The guest prior to us left the second bathroom unable to run water, this didn’t hinder our using it for quick emergencies (keeping water for flushing nearby) and the mirror for makeup… Also, the beds were very firm which we - fortunately - quickly grew accustomed to, and discovered to be common when we took a few excursions away from Athens.)

Great location, friendly owners
The wonderful owners stayed up late for our arrival from the airport, and were still cheerful! Such a nice welcome to Greece... Neos Kosmos is the metro stop just a few blocks away, so convenient to all of the sights in Athens, and a walk to the pedestrian areas with great dining in Koukaki. The apartment is nice and large, with a real working kitchen -- a rarity among the places we stayed on our trip.

Joanna est très accueillante et attentionnée. L'appartement est très bien située, proche du tram et du métro entre le centre d'Athènes et de la mer. Les commerces sont proches et variés. A deux stations de tram de Néa Smyrni avec sa grande place et ses bars restaurants où vous pouvez vous relaxer. Excellent à tous niveaux.

Merci à Joanna et à son mari pour leur accueil. Ils sont venus nous chercher à la station de métro M2, Néos Kosmos située à 500m de l'appartement. Par le M2 l'accès très rapide au centre historique d'Athènes se fait en quelques minutes, en 2 ou 3 stations. Le logement est très agréable, confortable, super bien équipé et dans une rue calme. Commerces, restaurants sont très proches. En plus du métro, une station tram est située à 300m. Le T5 permet de descendre sur la côte. Nous avons passé une bonne journée à la plage à Voulas. Notre avion du retour ayant été annulé, Joanna a été pour nous une aide précieuse et nous avons pu rester une journée de plus à l'appartement. Donc nous sommes ravis de notre semaine à Athènes. Alors comme nous, n'hésitez pas à faire le bon choix pour cette location.

8 minute walk from the Metro station *Highly recommend using the Metro (it was easy to navigate) Very clean Felt safe Joanna was very kind and I appreciate that she had maps and explained to me where everything was (ie. Metro, places to eat...etc.)

Excellent hosts and beautiful apartment in the centre of Athens.
This apartment was an excellent stay for me and a guest for a 3 week vacation in Greece. The location is so close to the subway Neos Kosmos and it is 2 stops away from Acropolis station. This apartment is so spacious and whenever I had to be home for any amount of time it was very comfortable and clean. I think that any stay here, wether it be with a family or a couple, would be excellent given that they always have a clean and reliable home to stay in.

A great stay.
The apartment was very large and easy to work in. It is well-equipped and quiet. The air conditioning and internet functioned well. The hosts were available to help if anything was needed, but I had no issues during my extended visit. Everything worked out great and I can highly recommend a stay here.
