Beautiful Asturias Experience

This charming 200 year old home was the perfect spot for our group of three couples. Saundra was a very helpful and friendly host for us. She speaks some English, but we had three Spanish speakers in our group. So that was not an issue.. The location is hard to find, but well worth the effort, said it feels like a rural hideaway 10 minutes from downtown. The view, the fresh air, the horse in the next pasture, the cozy feel of the house, were a real treat. Please be aware of a few things: The electricity went out a few times, but resetting the circuit breaker fixed it. The two showered are small and smaller..Parking was challenging, but we had a 9 passenger van. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Sehr sauberes und hochwertig sowie ansprechend eingerichtetes Haus, ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen für einen entspannten Urlaubsaufenthalt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit Garten.

Una estancia increible para nosotros que eramos 5 adultos. Sandra es espectacular, un trato excepcional con consejos sobre l zona, pocos propietarios ofrecen tan buen servicio. Ni una sola pega a nada. Es perfecto para ver Asturias y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y comodidad.

Una autentica experiencia Asturiana

La casa es muy bonita con mucho cuidado al detalle. Es muy comoda, limpia y totalmente equipada. Hemos estado 4 adultos y 2 niños y 2 perros y nos ha encantado este lugar, tanto la casa como el entorno. 100 % recomendable para disfrutar del encanto de Asturias.

Fin de semana perfecto

Casa pequeña pero muy acogedora. Situada en un pueblo muy tranquilo, a doce minutos del centro de Oviedo. Calefacción funciona perfecta, cocina equipada, jardín precioso, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Repetiremos.

Excelente alojamiento

Hemos disfrutado de una magnífica casa, que cuenta con todas las comodidades y detalles para que los huéspedes tengan una feliz estancia. Como el alojamiento se encuentra muy cerquita de Oviedo, tienes la ventaja de encontrarte en un entorno rural y a a su vez en buena disposición para acercarte a la capital, o partir a cualquier destino del Principado de Asturias. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, cuenta con un gran comedor que invita a alargar las sobremesas y un hórreo y jardín para gozar del entorno. El menaje es muy completo y la limpieza absoluta. Como la casa está decorada con mimo, los más mayores han podido recordar su juventud con algunos de los útiles del campo que se encontraban por la estancia. También para los más pequeños fue gratificante encontrarse con algunos juegos para ellos. Por último, aunque no po ello sea menos importante, quiero poner en valor la amabilidad y el buen hacer de Sandra, su propietaria. Desde el mismo momento de realizar la reserva encuentras todas las facilidades y atenciones que puedas necesitar. En definitiva, alojamiento muy recomendable.
