Beautifully decorated cottage.
Beautifully decorated cottage. Large living area. Poor phone and internet as it’s remote location. Tv quite a long way from main sofa. Maybe a heater in lounge would be good in winter for those who don’t want to use log burner. Nice beaches nearby. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Excellent property.
Excellent property. The location is quite remote but ideal if you want a quiet few days. However Louth and Maplethorpe are not too far away. It is perfect for two couples as it's got two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything in the cottage including the fittings is to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. A excellent find which we will return to. The only minor irritation is there seems an issue with house flies which could be annoying. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable.
The cottage was beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed some fine weather and with the numerous Tilt/Turn doors and windows we had that fresh out-door feel of camping, but with all the luxuries and comfort of being in a lovely cottage. Tothill itself is only a tiny village and it is so quiet that the only thing we heard for most of the time was the singing of the birds. Recommended for anyone who enjoys the simple pleasures of life. As we had warm weather, a lighter weight duvet would have been more comfortable for us. The cottage was outstanding and spotless had everything you needed.
The cottage was outstanding and spotless had everything you needed. It would have been nice if it had a washing machine. Although there was heating we had no control of this and at times was very hot especially at night. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed are break and the peaceful surroundings. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in a quiet and comfortable rural environment.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay in a quiet and comfortable rural environment. We felt very safe with the precautions taken. A well appointed and comfortable cottage with small garden and 2 patios, only one patio with seating. All the rooms were large. Both bedrooms would benefit from having a chair and perhaps a grab rail in the en-suite shower. A 9-30 departure would give more time for breakfast and also strip the beds as requested.
