Step inside the completely remodeled condo, exuding beauty from every corner. Enormous windows offer breathtaking South and West views, with the living room granting spectacular Gulf vistas. The well-appointed bedrooms feature a king, queen, and two bunk beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for the family. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, and essential kitchen items. A full-size washer and dryer in the large laundry room add to the convenience of your stay.

Come experience Marlin Key, the ultimate family destination that beckons you to the beach! We eagerly anticipate your visit.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations are available for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are necessary and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.

Loved the location! Property and beach were low density as promised. The pool was nice, and the beach was easily accessible. Furniture and rooms were comfortable - would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This is a great condo in a good location. I really like the fact it is not a high density high rise. All the amenities you need are there. You are right on the beach with easy access. Condo was clean and well appointed. I will visit again.

Great Decor, Great Location on more mellow Perdido Key. Low density condo--very clean grounds and pool---seasonal sea weed was a bummer but overall was great--only thing I would add to the condo would be black out drapes in master and comfort hight toilets---just sayin!!!

This location was wonderful! Not as busy and Gulf Shores, still plenty to do. The condo has a spectacular view, perfect room for kids, great master and all the creature comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome week in OBA!

This is our second time renting this condo and it was wonderful again. Marlin Key is the perfect size (low density) and location. We had everything we needed and more! The condo is very nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the towels and sheets are nice quality. We would love to come back next year!

Our oldest daughter got married just up the road on the beach, we went fishing just up the road as well. If you want a laid back place to enjoy the beach and all it has to offer, this is the place!!

Loved this place!

We had an absolutely great time staying at this property. The pictures are nice but it really is even better in person. The decor, cleanliness and location are spot on and not your average cookie-cutter vacation condo. The views from the balcony are lovely, and a few steps to the beautiful, clean, white sandy beach. We visited in late March so the temps were a little chillier than we had hoped, but it warmed up every afternoon with lots of beautiful sun! The pool isn’t heated which I think it useful to know. But the unit itself is so great - we would stay here again and again!

Great Property and rental, great location and we loved the decor and setup of the condo, had everything we needed for our family of 7. We had small issue getting into the condo the night we got there but management was good about fixing the issue as fast as they could. Would recommend and would stay there again!

Amazing

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving in this super clean, super comfortable unit. The owners thought of everything, and we cooked a Thanksgiving feast in the well-stocked kitchen. The views were lovely, the beds were comfy, and the place was spotless. Only one hiccup: we came from the Atlanta area, and it was inconvenient to have to drive into Gulf Shores to check in. After a long drive, it was frustrating to backtrack like that. In the end, though, it was really worth it for this rental. Thanks for the awesome accommodations! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future!

Perfect lowkey getaway

We stayed here in May 2020 and it was the perfect getaway. Not many units in the building which made it good for social distancing. Very clean and spacious. Location is great too. We will be back soon!

Marlin Key Stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! Aside from the condo being super comfortably decorated, a fully stocked kitchen, wonderful books to enjoy during our stay....we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, loading carts and a pool when the waves were too rough for the kids. I have never been a huge fan of anywhere that you have to take an elevator to the beach ...but now i have changed my tune a bit. :) Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and all of the special touches. My husband and I especially enjoyed all of the reading material you left behind for your guests!
