A delightful, semi-detached barn conversion near Tavistock, Devon. Inside you will find two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people.
Owl Barn is a delightful, semi-detached barn conversion situated opposite a courtyard from a farm in Devon, two and a half miles from Tavistock. The property is set solely on the ground floor with wide doorways and a wet room. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the patio outside and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite. As well as a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and doors onto the patio. The patio and lawn outside are for the private use of the cottage only and enclosed, with stunning far-reaching to Dartmoor in the distance. There is also off road parking for two cars. In a lovely base for walking, cycling and exploring this fantastic corner of Devon, Owl Barn is perfect for families and larger groups as it can be booked with the property next door.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and foldaway bed suitable for a child up to 16 years on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike and canoe storage can be arranged with owners. Enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, an additional pet may be considered at an extra charge.
