I came with my family of 6. We had great communication with the host and I loved the area. The view was amazing especially at night. It was nice having a little store right by the apartment. Highly recommend.
Family of 5 adults stayed here and the accommodations were perfect. 10 minute walk to the tube, and a convenient grocery store next to the property. I highly recommend.
Great flat, good position for 02, literally 10-15 mins walk . Co op shop nearby. Plus noodle place to eat. Also near to tube and water ubers, we Couldnt fault it.
Only problem was the beds. Lumpy and springs sticking into us, so uncomfortable which is a real shame, as this prevents us from coming again. We left various food items in the fridge rather than just throw them away, but we couldnt travel 6plus hours with no fridge/cooler in the car. We hope someone finished things off.
thethey really let us downpillows
We came away for a long weekend. Myself my husband and 4 children. Plenty of space at the property, lovely and clean and very quiet apartment block.
Property is just as described and a lovely lady met us there on arrival.
The only worry I had at this property was there was no key to lock the door and windows. The bedroom windows open very wide and if I had younger children I wouldn’t have felt safe.
We loved the apartment! It was spacious for our family of 7. The 2 bathrooms were also very spacious. The washer and dryer was convenient and there was a corner store one minute away to get drinks and snacks. It was a 12 or so minute walk to a major shopping/dining complex and the underground. Everything was around a 20 minute ride on the underground. We would absolutely stay here again. There are also beautiful vies and a full kitchen! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
We were impressed with this place to stay. It was perfect for four ladies to sightsee during the day and have a place to sleep at night. Place was clean and close to the tube and staff were helpful
Great stay out of the city yet everything is accessible
We really enjoyed having the extra space for our trip. The view was great overlooking the Thames. The North Greenwich stop on the Jubilee line was about a 10 minute walk making access to the city easy. Seeing the O2 was good too. We also took advantage to the gondola and Uber boat pier right there. It was a great stay for a long weekend!
Clean and well located in a safe neighborhood. We were six so ideally suited for the two double beds and two singles. Greenwich North tube station is about ten minutes away and this was our main gateway. Buses are even closer. Nice little supermarket a couple of minutes walk and a pleasant pub about 5 minutes. Apartment is on the ninth floor with a nice view over the river. Very quiet. Easy and friendly communication with Natalie to greet us and set us up.
Had a great 4 night stay at this apartment..purpose of trip to support our son who was running the marathon. We were a family of 8 including 2 young children. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a slightly later check out. The apartment is in a great location in Greenwich Peninsular. Its a 13 min walk from North Greenwich tube station (Jubilee line) and a 25 min walk along the river to Greenwich village and the Cutty Sark and Maritime Museum plus other attractions. We have never visited this part of London and we loved the atmosphere and friendly village like community. Lots of cute shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for your stay. There's a shop approx 50 mtrs from the apartment which was handy. Property comes with 1 car parking space in a secure car park under the apartment block. We had 2 cars so booked another space close by through Just Park. Only complaint about the apartment was that the dishwasher didn't wash the dirty pots very well and we had to rewash most of them. We cleaned the filters but still had the same problem so we've reported the issue to the owners, as a dishwasher would have been ideal given the size of our group.
Had a brilliant 4 day stay and would definitely stay here again.
For Germans it is unusual that sockets in the UK have a switch that controls the socket. This causes a bit of confusion at first, but it's a rather funny detail.
Otherwise no real problems occurred.
NO Nice stay in a very quiet apartment.
You would have thought you were alone in the whole house

Deceptive on-line listing photos don't accurately reflect current condition of property, significantly differs from the listing. Obviously pre-existing, sharply pointed, metal floor trim between common kitchen/dining areas juts up, creating a dangerous tripping hazard. Though briefly mentioned by the representative, it continued to catch socks and damage slippers. Unmentioned in listing is ongoing building facade construction, along with the resulting noise, going on well over a year, leaving the balcony in decrepit condition surrounded with dirty, raw plywood and exposed insulation. We received notification of this only 13 days prior to arrival; after “free cancelation” date. View from kitchen table is of construction plywood. Extreme heat required fans. All three fans were ineffective. One floor fan had broken 4-point-leg base/ didn’t stand up, could only be used by leaning against wall. Second floor fan with dirty filter had very weak air movement, third table top fan had broken, jagged edged base. Ripped, torn, beat up plastic/poly sofas were covered with grungy appearing blankets. Ensuite bathroom sink stopper broke, had to be manually opened in filthy area under back side of sink. Hot water bathtub/shower faucet stems un-insulated and burned when touched. Bathtub hand held shower head spray weak/merely dribbled. Dust/hair built up on bed box springs. Table edge rusty, full of debris. Old, dusty faux floral very off-putting. Sad property.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The walk from the North Greenwich tube station was a bit long with luggage, about 15 minutes at a brisk pace. The host met us and showed us all the various features of the apartment, and how to use the appliances. This was very nice, however we had a late arrival, which we notified the landlord of in advance and we were charged £50 cash, in addition to the cleaning fee. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the tv and Wi-Fi were very good. One odd thing for us being from the US was the handheld shower was mounted at waist height. It was a little awkward to use. However the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit hard. It was very warm during our stay in mid June, and there is no air conditioning in the apartment. We were fine with opening the windows though, there was a very nice breeze. The views from the apartment are beautiful, overlooking the River Thames. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here!
This was a clean, well-appointed flat with an unexpected, pleasant view of the river. A convenient walk to the North Greenwich tube station made the location very appealing. Equally impressive about this property is the kind and immediate communications from the owner and property managers. Check in was very efficient and the person assisting us was wonderful.
We found this property to be a very comfortable home base for our visit to London. The property was clean and the property managers were communicative and very helpful, even going the extra mile to provide voltage adapters when we bought the wrong ones.
The property overlooks the Thames and gets a very nice breeze throughout the day and evening, plus the calming sounds of the water. It is certainly quieter and less crowded than staying in Central London. The appliances are in good working order, there is a nice gathering area, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are set so people have space at the end of the day.
The Greenwich Peninsula area is pretty. A few in our family are runners, so we were able to run to and around Greenwich Park on multiple days which was lovely. There are great sites to visit in the in the Greenwich Park area (Royal Observatory, Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, Queens House). We even saw a fox when we were out running! The neighborhood and homes are truly lovely and there are cute shops and restaurants near the Naval College too.
There is also a lot to do by the O2 arena. In addition to the big entertainment coming through, there is shopping, dining and other activities, so at the end of the day in London, you can have dinner back near the VRBO if you wish.
The only minor inconvenience we found is that the Jubilee Metro Line can get very busy during peak hours.
Overall, we loved the stay, it was well priced and well suited for families.
Quiet apartment with a beautiful view of the river.
Enjoyed the proximity to shops, restaurants, and ease of access to transportation to get to the rest of London. The check in process was easy and able accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated after an 8 hr flight and rain.
