This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

This gorgeous remodeled, non-smoking unit located in the Palms at Wailea, is your idyllic vacation destination!
Luxurious and sunny, this two bedroom, two bath, second story unit is immaculate and beautiful as well as air-conditioned.
The Palms at Wailea Unit #206 is located near the pool and jacuzzi. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home.
Offering a fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and stools - right down to the utensils! A dining table that seats six, a bright window seat in the living room for lounging, ceiling fans and tile floors throughout. Wi-Fi is also available. Well equipped with washer and dryer; all linens provided. A spacious 1200 sq. ft. living area plus great views from the large wraparound lanai that makes you feel like you're immersed in the tropics! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.
Located on the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach (voted one of world's top beaches by Conde Nast International), this charming condo will provide comfort, luxury and plenty of room to spread out while you explore all Maui has to offer.
Sit back and enjoy the covered lanai with a lanai table that seats six. Enjoy a home cooked meal, carry it with drinks down to the beach for a Maui sunset or stay in and relax after a day of sightseeing.
If golf or tennis are your pleasure, The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Club are just minutes away, the golf course boasts three greens to choose from. If you happen to be in Maui during whale watching season, don't forget to walk down to the beach to possibly spot them frolicking in the surf! You can have lunch (or dinner) at several award-winning restaurants or dance the night away with the nightlife crowd. If shopping is in the cards, visit the elegant Shops of Wailea, just a stone's throw away. If you're adventurous, there are plenty of awesome snorkeling spots within a short drive if you've rented a car. Try venturing further, to Kihei or Lahaina for a boat ride or to Kahului heliport for a helicopter tour.

Beautiful Property located in the heart of Wailea!

We just came back from an 8 day stay at the Palms at Wailea. The condo is very clean and in great condition! The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to cook but you will need to bring your own food/coffee etc. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. The location is great, close to everything! Krista is extremely responsive and accommodating! I would definitely stay their the next time we visit Maui! Thanks again Krista!

We've stayed at many units at the Palms. Some are better than others. This one had a well appointed kitchen and nice comfortable furniture. Pull out bed wasn't, but they rarely are. Unit was very clean, the deck was not. Air condition in the main living & dining was good, but we found the master bedroom warm in the evening with the door shut. Ceiling fan helped but it was a bit noisy. 5 beach chairs and two coolers (1 with a broken handle) and towels are available. No umbrella, bougie boards, snorkle or beach toys like in other units. We brought an umbrella from home in our golf bag and left it with the chairs. The unit is close to the pool, view was of the parking lot and a slight view of the sunset. No enough soap, toilet paper, or dishwasher pods were supplied. Overall, the unit was great just thought I'd mention some of the things I wish I knew before we went for the next renters to be prepared. Aloha

Awesome Holiday

Fortunately for us, we have been to Maui numerous times throughout the years, Kihei is our go to place. We have stayed all over the Kihei area as well but not at The Palms at Wailea, until now. This by far was our most enjoyable condo to stay at. Loved it!! First off the location, close enough to walk to the beach and The Shops at Wailea and yet far enough away from the traffic on South Kihei Road. The unit is located right off one of the entrances to the Palms at Wailea complex, but noise was not as issue. In fact, we loved the location. Just down the stairs and around the corner of the building to the pool and pavilion across the street. The unit itself was awesome, pretty much as described. There was lots of room, comfy beds, good water pressure, nice kitchen and appliances and a wonderful lanai (where we spent a lot of time). We also really enjoyed the bench seat in front of the large living room window. The ocean view was okay through the palm trees but enjoyed it much better from the lanai. Sunsets were AMAZING!! Check in and out were easy and communications with Krista were excellent. We had no issues and look forward to staying here the next time. Mahalo

Pleasant Palms Stay

A very nice condo for a lovely two week vacation. My sister and brother in law and my husband and I really enjoyed the clean, updated space, comfortable beds and grilling on the Lanai.

Amazing Getaway

Perfect place for our Hawaiian vacation! Great location, A/C worked great, there is even a hose on the deck to clean your sandy beach gear. There is security onsite at night so we always felt safe too. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Condo is as advertised super convenient to all south Maui Comfortable for family of four with pretty much everything you would need. A few items need an upgrade but overall good value. The view is a bit limited. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Great Property

We really enjoyed the property and location, very close to great beaches (walking distance for some)! Our little one really liked the stairs in the condo (😂), maybe not ideal for those with little ones just learning to walk! The one negative was that I did not trust the cleanliness of the place - we all had to wash our feet (and the little ones knees and hands) throughout the day because of how dirty they were from walking around inside (even after the first few hours of arrival).

A wonderful condo to return again to someday :)

We arrived soon after our allotted entry time to a wonderfully situated and clean apartment which has a good view of the ocean through the palm trees and a lovely open covered lanai perfect for dining for any meal during the day as there's shade but also a breeze. The BBQ and beach chairs really helped in our stay. Kitchen was fitted out with no complaints apart from the lack of sharp knives (but I always take my diamond sharpener!). Bedrooms and the building were lovely and quiet at night. All 4 of us would not hesitate to return to this particular unit or The Palms in general........we loved it and will certainly recommend it to our friends - but only if we can go back with them tho!

Awesome property

This place was so clean and so comfortable. Not at a certain point did I feel icky or I had to clean the place myself. The shower pressure was not great but it didn’t even matter since the rest of the property was amazing. The condo decor does not look anything like the pictures… it is way better. Such a beautiful place. Oh and beds were very comfy!!

A Nice Maui Experience

Our party of 3, mom and 2 sons enjoyed this spacious condo...nicely decorated, tile floors in living and kitchen area, bedrooms carpeted. Kitchen had nice dinnerware, utensils, cookware and everything we needed. We did purchase condiments, mayo, mustard, etc . Beach chairs were useful....very nice beach mile away. Must see the sunset!! One note**there are several steps upon entering courtyard then many more steps up to the condo.

Very nice place

This condo is really good. Overall property location is at the edge of Wailea, and is away from the bustle of Kihei, and generally quiet with good access to everything, including a short walk (with limited stuff) to the beach. Price for the listing should always be reflected that this condo is on the main access to the property and has indirect views, but that can provide potential value to those looking for a spacious place in a quiet setting. Access to the pool is very handy too. Communication with the owner Krista and the management company was great. We had 2 fire alarms chirping on separate occasions and the management company was easy to deal with and quite responsive. The only reason for less than a full set of 5 stars is the unit is a bit dated, and it shows. Some outlets in the kitchen did not work even after being reset, pocket door has wear, toilet leaks just a bit, fan ticks; those sorts of little things. The supplies were quite basic and got the very minimum, whereas the other party in our group had all kinds of cleaning, cooking, and eating supplies in another condo. I will acknowledge that it may be a philosophy that the unit is completely cleaned out between stays, but it always helps to get the extra stuff. It may sound a bit critical, but it’s a typical rental that gets many visitors, and I want to leave the review with it being a positive experience; I would consider renting this place again for our family.

Well kept, spacious property
