This charming period property is tucked away in a quiet spot in Mumbles, yet close to the beach, stylish shops, cafes and bars. Interiors are beautiful, decorated and furnished in pale greys and whites throughout for a calming vibe. With four bedrooms and a sociable open plan living space, it’s a great option for a get together with friends and family whatever the season
Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.
Sleeps: 8 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds, 1 x bunk beds
Accommodation Ground Floor Living room: 2 sofas, arm chair, occasional tables, flatscreen TV, fireplace. Open plan reception/diner/kitchen: comfortable seating area with sofa, TV electric stove heater. Dining table and 8 chairs. Kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Shower room: shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin, Utility room: washing machine, storage area and patio doors that lead out to the split-level garden.
First Floor Bedroom 1: king bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Bedroom 3: bunk bed, chest of drawers. Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin, shower cubicle, WC.
Second Floor Bedroom 4: twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, restricted head height with sloping ceilings..
Entertainment: TV, music system, Sony Playstation, Outside: split level garden. Parking: on road parking on first come first served basis. General: changeover day Saturday. Gas CH. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets. Nice property, well setup in great location. Parking a nightmare however so need to apply for residents parking permit a month ahead

Attention to detail: little luxuries

Comfortable, clean, spacious and where many holiday lets opt for cheaper furnishings, this house is well equipped with good quality furniture, soft furnishings, cooking utensils and in-house entertainments. Simple things like black-out blinds and good quality mattresses make SUCH a difference for parents being able to really relax away from home. Having a wide selection of books and games for all ages, two TVs and the added bonus of a PS3, was perfect for the inevitable rainy afternoon. All in all, one of the best holiday rentals we’ve had.

Five Star Holiday Property

We have had a fabulous week at this property. Everything was perfect.....location, rooms, cleanliness, decoration, fabulous kitchen and bathroom etc etc etc. Thank you SO much. We will come again for sure. The bonus was that I met my lovely niece, Clare!
