Villa Alvise is a charming two-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Alvise you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Alvise is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Monsummano Terme, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Alvise from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Alvise you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Please note that access to Villa Alvise is along a narrow road.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The above-ground swimming pool has an octagonal shape. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-April until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old trees. The garden is equipped with small sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include three small sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a large panoramic window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair.
