Esperienza unica

Weekend indimenticabile nel vecchio essiccatoio. Casa nuovissima, pulita e arredata molto bene immersa tra i campi del tabacco. Zona strategica per visitare i più bei Borghi dell’Umbria (Todi, Assisi, Spello) e vicina a Perugia. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, se passerò per l’umbria tornerò senz’altro.

Beautiful house in a very quite surrounding close to everything worthy to see

Very high standards decorated apartments with a lot of design details. There are two apartments, one on top of the other. We used both with some friends. The top flat is extraordinary being converted from a former tobacco dryer with a very high ceiling with a lot of light coming in. The bottom one is very cool. The surroundings are unique with a tobacco plantation all around the property. We could reach in less than 30' all the most essential Umbria towns such as Spoleto, Perugia, Todi, Assisi. Being myself a vacation holiday manager, I was impressed by the property and the area. We missed a pool, but they said that it is planned for next summer, we definitely will be back. I would suggest this place to spend some time with family and friends in the very heart of Italy.
