Nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

- dining room
- equipped kitchen with mini oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...
- room with a large bed
- bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- storeroom for storage with "surf rack"
- garden and terrace with garden furniture, plancha, outdoor water supply
The garden gives access to the beach (100 meters) by a bike path that meanders the coastline. It allows access to Lake Maubuisson (5 km) through the pine forest.
The shops are 100 meters.

From Carcans-Plage, you can access Bombanes (leisure center) to practice various sports activities (tennis, sailing, archery, tree climbing, pedal boating, canoeing, climbing wall, "splash-park", .. .).

A little further is the vineyards of Bordeaux (Margaux, St. Estèphe, Pauillac, Listrac, ...) and Bordeaux is 50 km.
