Check-out: until 1:00 p.m. m.

IMPORTANT:
The property does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests are required to
inform the property at least 48 hours in advance of their estimated
time of arrival Key collection details will be sent upon booking.

Deposit:
The property requires a refundable security deposit of 100 EUR upon check-in cash. Also you must sign one agreement of rent and where you can look the check list of the all services and equipments.
house rules:
one. It is not allowed the parties in the apartment.
2. Visits in the apartment are not allowed or the
accommodation of persons who have not made a reservation with us. Not
following the rules will be cause to cancel the reservation without refund.
3. Please turn off the lights when come out the apartment.
Four. You must not turn on all the lights at the same time at your
apartment .There might be a general power outage. (because we have
the same electrical box for several apartments).
