About this property

The villa (220 sqm) is on two floors above the ground floor. Ground floor: kitchen with all comforts (25sqm), large living room (50sqm) with fireplace, sofa, dining area and satellite TV, full bathroom with shower, direct access to the patio equipped with table and chairs and to the garden with lawn English. Barbecue area. Direct access to the beach. First floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 with access to the sea view terrace) and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Second floor: 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, one with small terrace overlooking the sea. From the garden you enter the laundry room with washing machine. Located in a quiet area the property is completely fenced and has a gate with internal parking space. The garden with lawn (400 sqm) is equipped with a veranda with awnings, tables, chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the outdoors. Shady path with access to a small terrace directly on the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the gulf. Furnished with taste and attention to detail and quality materials, the rich equipment of the villa, the enchanting landscapes will make the holiday in this place unique. Beautiful house with great beach access!

Plenty of room for 8 people (3 couples and 2 kids)! This house is huge and so beautiful! The views are amazing, the furniture is comfortable, the yard was awesome! We appreciated the fully functional kitchen which included some basic spices. There was direct beach access and some chairs and umbrellas for relaxing on the beach.. with 2 kids, beach toys would have made a nice addition, but they enjoyed nonetheless. The outdoor shower was FANTASTIC to rinse everyone off- especially the kids after a beach day! This house rental is managed by a rental company rather than the owner, so even with messages being sent through VRBO prior to our arrival, they all went unanswered. I received an email 3 days before check in with a contacts name and phone number. We communicated through WhatsApp. Simone was great to work with and very responsive once we had her contact info. While we were there, the air in my daughters room didn’t seem to be working. The owner ended up coming out to look at it. It was indeed broken- nothing that could be done in the short time we were there. It was ok as there was enough breezes so she want uncomfortable. The owner was very friendly and stayed and chatted with us for a bit. Before we left, we all talked about how we would love to come back to this house in the future for a longer stay! Would not hesitate to stay here again- just longer!

Glorious villa on the sea!

We spent 4 wonderful days at this villa that was BETTER than the photos described! To be right on the sea was one of the highlights of our 3 week stay in Italy. The property is FANTASTIC- the yard is impeccable and the " light show" begins at dusk with a surprise of color and light from everywhere you look- it couldnt have been more beautiful! The villa itself is clean and updated and left you for wanting nothing ! Our hostess- Simona- was very helpful and accommodating. We LOVED this place and definitely would recommend!!!
