Situated just 130 meters from the nearest restaurants and the Moraira - Calpe coast road it is difficult to think of a more convenient location in the area. Guests can walk to the San Jaime in less than 5 minutes or in the other direction to the centre of Moraira and main beach in approximately 20 minutes. The property is very secure with a a large electronically operated driveway gate and accommodation this is split into a downstairs two bedroom apartment and upstairs 3 bedroom apartment. All of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of a high standard and includes modern bathrooms, three kitchens (including an outdoor Summer kitchen adjacent to the pool) and two open plan living rooms. Air conditioning is provided throughout as well as wi-fi broadband and UK free sat television channels. The gardens include beautiful pool with ample furniture, a fabulous covered terraces with dining table overlooking the pool and a decked area with hot tub. This villa comes very highly recommended
Walkthrough
Entry through electric driveway gates onto steep driveway with parking for two to three vehicles (further parking available on the quiet street outside of the property), the driveway is surrounded by tropical gardens with access to the front door of the upper and lower accommodation.
The ground floor apartment is accessed via four steps, the door leading directly into an open plan living room with newly fitted kitchen (comprising of electric oven, hob, fridge / freezer, extractor fan, sink and microwave). Matt finished doors, complimented by gloss granite worktop. This living area also benefits from a feature sunken 40” flat screen LED television with free to view U.K. channels.
A small step from the lounge leads to a hallway with bedrooms off, to the left a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, electric blinds and LED ceiling fan and light. To the right the ground floor master bedroom, again featuring electric blinds, remotely operated LED ceiling light and fan, large triple wardrobe and double windows overlooking the gardens and driveway.
At the end of the hall is a door leading into a luxuriously appointed modern bathroom with glass enclosed shower, vanity unit and WC. Adjacent to the kitchen is a back door providing access onto a decked terrace with with sun -loungers, comfortable seating and a hot tub.
The upper floor accommodation is reached by 24 steps from driveway. A porch area leads into a large open-plan dining / living room which includes a feature Tuscan stone fireplace with wood burner, a huge 46” LED television with free to view U.K. channels. The lounge is equipped with 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and armchair and a dining table that seats six guests.
Two sets of patio doors overlook the pool area and lead out to the shaded dining terrace adjacent to the pool. The separate kitchen is modern, white units with granite worktops and sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob. A corridor leading off to the lounge gives access to the bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms all fitted with high quality air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fans and LED lighting. The front facing central bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeping four guests.
Further along the corridor is the entrance to the master bedroom which has views onto woodland, double wardrobe, super-king size bed and patio doors opening onto a large balcony, measuring approximately 6m x 4m with comfortable seating and sun-loungers. This balcony is south west facing and enjoys the sunshine later in the afternoon. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower over bath, vanity sink and wc.
The third bedroom has a double bedroom has built in wardrobes. A family bathroom to the left of the corridor has bath (with shower over), vanity unit and WC.
The pool area includes jasmine that has been planted all the way around the garden, smelling beautiful in the evenings. The covered dining terrace adjacent to the pool has two dining tables with space for twelve guests and a large 10m x 4m heated pool with roman steps. Eight sunbeds are provided and a pool table!
The summer kitchen features open beams and terracotta roofing, a sink, work surfaces, cupboards and large charcoal BBQ.
