This well-presented lodge is nestled on the Honicombe Holiday park near Callington and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Brookview offers spacious, reverse level accommodation in the heart of the Tamar Valley, near the Cornish town of Callington. It comprises three ground floor bedrooms; a double with en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom and two twins, sleeping six altogether. The interior also boasts a ground floor shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a patio with seating just off from the double bedroom, a first floor balcony with seating, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. With access to the on-site faciilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and all the delights of Devon and Cornwall, is Brookview.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slim line dishwasher. TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request at time of booking. Off-road parking for 1 car. Patio and balcony with seating. Shared facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools, mini gym, tennis courts. 2 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 10 minute walk. Coast 10 miles.
