The streets surrounding the apartment are full of antique shops where you can find an unique piece of art.On Sundays and holidays in the morning, all the people of Madrid and tourists go to the well-known Rastro: A flea market with all kinds of antiques, clothes, special objects ... where all the shops in the neighborhood bring their most picturesque works of art and objects to the streets. .There are also many shops in the area, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars ...Puerta del Sol is just a 15-minute walk away.

HOW TO MOVE:

The closest underground stations are Puerta de Toledo and La Latina (both line 5).

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.

- Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional fee of €25.

- Rental cribs are available subject to availability for an extra fee to be confirmed. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
