Beautiful farmhouse recently renovated, amazing views, swimming pool, air conditioning. Perfect for a family holiday or a romantic escape, this will be your home to home. Large outdoor terrace,equipped for alfresco dining with bbq and wood oven. Heatable Jacuzzi. Catering service at disposal if required. Volterra is just 1.5 km. far from the property, less than 5 minutes by car. Pool and Jacuzzi are shared with the eventual guests of the other house on the property, maximum 4 people.The cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are all within easy reach of the house as are many wonderful Tuscan towns and villages.

Maison magnifique et propriétaires adorables

La maison est magnifique. Tout est bien pensé et très bien entretenu. La vue est absolument splendide et quel calme ! Chacun a son coin de tranquillité à la piscine et les propriétaires sont adorables. Très discrets mais aux petits soins, ils donnent d excellents conseil. Merci encore pour leur accueil.

Etwas abgelegen, ruhig, Zufahrt mässiger Zustand.

Für Ende September war es etwas zu kalt, um den Pool zu nutzen, Preis Und Leistungsverhältnis könnte für Nebensaison deutlich niedriger sein.

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub in der Toskana. Sara und ihre Familie war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Haus mit der Terrasse, Garten Whirpool und Pool war sehr schön.

A real gem

We spent a wonderful week and didn't want to leave! A true 'home from home' - pristine, very comfortable, prettily furnished and with all 'mod cons', including welcome air conditioning in the bedrooms. The setting is enchanting. The large terrace overlooks beautiful wooded hills and the charming gardens. The pool is well maintained, and a short distance from the house so sharing is no issue. The proximity to Volterra makes this a wonderful base. The pretty town offers a great choice for eating and is easy to access by car and even on foot. Easy day trips from here give you a wonderful taste of Tuscany. Our stay was made perfect by Sara and Antonio who are charming hosts and make you most welcome.

A piece of heaven

We were looking for a peaceful place to spend a week in and travel around by car. The moment we got to Casa Mia we realized we have fond one of the most beautiful spots one can imagine being located to in Tuscany. The view is excellent, the house itself is very well taken care of (the garden and the common areas as well). There is a pool, Jacuzzi, relax areas and even bikes in case you feel like cycling. I must say that the house looked smaller on the pics but seeing it live it is really impressive. The owners were also wonderful and made us feel at home :) Thank you! If we have a chance we will definitely return.

Stunning Place

This was a perfect holiday for us- the house had such beautiful views and the pool was gorgeous. Everything is wonderfully clean and well kept with lots of places to relax, the balcony, daybed with mosquito net etc- we were glad of the very quiet air conditioning too! There is nothing better than spending the morning in Volterra and the afternoon swimming and reading followed by a barbeque and some Chianti in the evening. The children had a great time too, if you get the chance to sample some of Sara's cooking, it's well worth it. We hope to return.
