Unique 160 square meter luxury penthouse apartment located in the heart of Copenhagen. This is a rental for the choosy family, couple, friends or business traveler looking for something special in the fashionable part of Copenhagen city center close to all city attractions.

The apartment is within walking distance to some of the most popular turist attractions in Copenhagen like the Queens castle, Nyhavn, Kings Garden, Little Mermaid, The Royal Theater and the main shopping street Strøget.

The new metro line, that just opened, is literally located outside the apartment gate -just across the street. By the metro you can easily get around Copenhagen city. Arriving to the apartment from the airport or the cruise ship terminal is as easy as it get by using the metro - you simply arrive just outside the apartment by the metro.

The property and the apartment is newly renovated but it have retained the original classic Copenhagen architecture and still have lots of charm and Danish "hygge".

The apartment have plenty of space for three couples a family or a business traveler that are looking for lots of relaxing space.

The apartment has three separate and large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a new Norwegian Wonderland king size bed. There are two nice and newly renovated large bathrooms each with a shower. The large open living room is connected with the kitchen which make it perfect for the family or friends that want to share some quality time together when in the apartment.

The apartment consists of these rooms:

* Open Kitchen directly connect with dinner table
* Three Large Bedrooms with new premium King size beds
* Two Large Bathrooms with a nice shower

The apartment is light and fresh and the interior is Scandinavian design furniture. The wooden floor in the apartment is heated, and so are the bathroom floors so your feet will always be warm when in the apartment.

There are two balcony's for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tee. One of them offer a nice top view of the Marmor church.

The property is located behind a gate from Store Kongensgade and are therefore well protected from street noise. The property have a elevator so you can carry your luggage up to the apartment easily.

The apartment has high-speed Wifi and satellite-tv with access to a lot of International satellite tv-canal's like CNN, BBC, ARD and many others.

There are a washing machine and dryer in the apartment free for you to use. So you can leave Copenhagen with nice and clean clothes.

We treasure that the apartment is clean and fresh when guests arrive. Fresh and clean bed sheets and towels of finest quality are awaiting you in the apartment.

Awesome location
The location was perfect. Couldn’t have been better. Metro across the street, walking distance to most parks and museums, shops next door, plenty of parking, it was fantastic.

Great location, good 3 BR/2 Bath
This property is in a great location and has a nice layout. We were disappointed with a few items that can be fixed. The pots and coffee cups in kitchen were dirty. We tried to clean using the dishwasher, but it did not come out clean. The coffee machine is very nice but needs cleaning & maintenance. There was garlic in the refrigerator which had not been cleaned. Underneath the kitchen sink was a lot of junk versus the few items that you need. The master has a closet but several cabinets had various items in them including the bottom of the only hanging closet. The other two bedrooms do not have closets in the bedrooms, but easily accessible across the hallway. Yet, there is only one cabinet that had a hanging rod and many cabinets had items in them. The owner should ensure there is a clean hanging closet and one with four shelves across from each bedroom. The dryer needs maintenance and it would have been nice if there were English instructions to use the washer and dryer. The bath towels were dingy and gray and there were various bath gels, shampoo and conditioner from prior guests in the two showers. Would have been much better to have the owner have one of each that is refilled for each new guest. Lastly, most nice VRBO properties ensure there are two pillow cases on each pillow (one each way) so the guest is not exposed to the inside pillow. All of these recommendations would take very little time and care to fix. It would become a 5-star property.

Perfect Rental, Just as Described
This apartment was perfect for our family visit to Copenhagen. This listing was accurate and described the amenities. Everything was available as stated and the apartment was clean and comfortable. You can beat the location of the metro station which made travel around the city convenient. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a comfortable, spacious, and clean rental.

Great location.
Great location across street from Metro, food and wine shops, and restaurants. Quiet for being in the city. Management does not inspect the property for essentials, such as: coffee, soaps, tp, pt, spices etc. For $900/night, it appears nobody is "minding the store." Our group was given one key, supposedly the only key, and we were told to put it in a bike lock next to the grocery store across the street so other members of our group could retrieve if needed.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location
We spent 5 days at Frank's beautiful apartment last week, located in a quiet complex but within walking distance to many of Copenhagen's historic sites. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate. The place is spotless and very comfortable for our party of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook in a couple of nights. I would like for there to have been a second key for our group and a few more cleaning supplies but otherwise, it was just great! Thanks Frank! We'll be back.

After a great deal of Covid related delays we finally enjoyed a fantastic weekend in Copenhagen including dinner at Noma . The apartment fulfilled all expectations being both clean and spacious and was perfectly positioned to explore the city both on foot and bike . All Bathrooms ,kitchen and audio were of a good standard and we would rebook if and when we return.

New Year In Copenhagen
This property is excellent. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well equipped. The three bedrooms are great for a family of four, and would easily sleep six. The location cannot be beaten, with Marmokirken, Amalienborg Palace and the Little Mermaid all on your doorstep, Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv a 10 minute walk away. Transport links across Copenhagen are fantastic, and the trip to the airport is easy on the metro, the metro station literally on your doorstep and a single change. There is a 24 hour 7-11 opposite for that essential bottle of wine or Danish pastry. Thank you Frank and your team, we will definitely book this property again for a return trip.

The pictures in the listing were very accurate. The apartment is very spacious and was comfortable for four adults. The owner/manager was a good communicator. The apartment is literally across the street from the new Marmorkirken metro station. I would rent this apartment again.

Perfect Location
We had a great long weekend in Copenhagen. The flat was spacious and quiet. The beds were comfortable as well. Check in was so wonderful as we were met prior to the check-in time. Love the coffee maker! We had a snag with the television, but the owner was so quick to offer a remedy, we can’t complain. My only feedback would be to offer a little more kitchen utensils and hooks to hang towels after showering. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Great apartment in perfect location.
My wife and I stayed here with our four young adult children and it was the perfect apartment and plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and has everything you need. We even cooked dinner one night in the apartment after we tired of eating out. The location is also very central and within walking distance of many of the sights and restaurants. Frank was easy to work with and great in recommending some places to eat as well as things to do. We would definitely stay here again should we return to this wonderful city.

Functional apartment in a great location. Showers could use a thorough cleaning and offering more than just one kitchen towel would be very helpful. No closets in bedrooms so very limited space to hang clothes (just one 2 foot section inside a hallway closet had a rod). Adding washer/dryer instructions to the rental binder would be appreciated by guests. Beds/bedding are comfortable. Plastic bottles for recycling filled one of the hallway closets. Apartment fits six people comfortably.

Location, location, location -
Our party of 5 adults (1 senior, 2 adults, 2 late teens) had a marvelous stay in this clean and spacious apartment. The owner and his assistants made all communications quick and easy; our orientation was friendly and complete; and our mid-stay queries about such logistical matters as recycling were answered right away.. The apartment is roomy, light and airy, with plenty of openable windows - and right next to an elevator for the senior in our group. Surrounded by courtyards leading to other apartments, I admit I was worried about noise from the close quarters, but we never experienced unwelcome noise at any hour - even on happening Midsummer Eve! The only surprising noise during our stay was from the very beautiful - but long-ringing, for sure - church bells. They irritated one of our kids but delighted (and amused) the rest of us. The most winning feature of this apartment is of course its location, just a few minutes' walk from almost every place we wanted to go. There are restaurants, bike rentals, canal cruising, gardens, castles, shops (design center is also just a few streets away) and the amazing Torvehallerne for foodie adventuring immediately outside the door to 10 mins up the road. When we came back to the apartment after our long days and evenings of fun, the beds were incredibly welcoming and we felt completely at home. This apartment was a perfect home base for us.

We love to explore the World by travelling. We have been living in Marin County north of San Francisco and loved it.

We want people to enjoy our lovely Beach House and our Penthouse Apartment when we do not use them ourself. The Beach House is located in Nodebohuse in beautiful North Zealand in Denmark. Our Penthouse Apartment is located in the center of Copenhagen.
