Great oceanfront condo

Very nice accommodations. My sister and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation in Perdido Key. Beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We hope to return next year to the same place.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Perdido Sun. It was right on the beach with beautiful views. It was well maintained and any questions I had were promptly answered by the management company. We found several nice restaurants locally and felt it was a family friendly town and always felt safe. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working the last few days we were there but I understand these things happen. We hope to return soon!

loved the view and easy access to the beach. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the building amenities. was very helpful with a personal issue. the only issue we had that was slightly detrimental was that at check in. we were given the wrong code for the door. after multiple attempts we called and staff was very helpful, gave us a new code which got us right in.

Beautiful condo, with a beautiful ocean view. Woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves. even got to see dolphins swimming from the balcony. It was perfect and relaxing, couldn't ask for anything more.

Beautiful view!

Super easy to book. Listing very accurate. Parasailing is right next door! I will mention that the elevator is a bit tricky. The doors close very fast and don’t always open when you hold it with your hand or arm like usual.

Our Stay

The only issues we had was the bed was hard as a rock and miserable to sleep on and the beach area where we stayed and rented chairs they had the chairs on top of each other and you had no personal space.

Very nice!

Very clean and quiet. Very easy access to the beach, which is also very nice. It’s small, so I wouldn’t want to stay with more than two or three people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Wish we’d stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Perdido Sun in Perdido Key. My spouse and I arrived on a Fri ans checked out on Tues. The whole experience was enjoyable. The beaches were clean and beautiful. We will return.

Very bad experience!

Office closed. No guard on duty and young college kids took over the condo. Parties all night, fireworks, drinking and foul langue. Not one good nights sleep. Terrible experience!!

Cozy clean condo with great view.

Pros: nice view of the ocean and condo is angled for sunset view. Cozy and clean. Convenient location to restaurants. We liked the two pools and hot tub. Cons: rental umbrellas blocking view of ocean while on the beach. one of the elevators didn't work, parking somewhat an issue, nobody manning the desk for Sunday check in. Overall a positive experience though.

Excellent location

Started our vacation stuck at the door of unit because the door code did not work. I called Southerns office, she asked me if I was at the right location. Come on, really. Then she said "I don't know where they got that code". Took about 15 minutes. Unit was as described except it's not full on facing the beach. Balcony faces West for great sunset views. Only one elevator working. Coffee and filter left in maker from previous renters. Someone needs to monitor the walkways and showers to beach, mats at shower always packed with sand.

Christmas on the beach

Clean, relaxing condo with an amazing location and great view of the gulf. It’s a perfect place if you want to just come and sit by the water to decompress from life but still close enough to night life, shopping and more all within a 30 minute drive. My husband and I did both and had an absolute wonderful vacation. The only damper to our stay is that we had a delayed entry to the property because the automated door lock was not working properly. The rental company responded quickly to our text but even still, we had to wait 45 minutes for a locksmith to arrive to let us in. These things happen which is why we can only rate them a 4. Otherwise, everything was terrific!

FIRE ALARM/POOL DOOR CODE

I had an overall good experience. There were two things that put a damper on our stay though. The code to get back in through the pool deck was incorrect.... And never worked. There were two different nights that we were stuck out side in the cold. Another guest had to jump the back fence to come around front and come back through to open the door at the pool deck. The last night at our stay we finally tried the front door code and it worked for the pool deck door. It was very frustrating and quite concerning, considering there was no one at the front desk to contact. Also on the last night of our stay... We were woke up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm going off loudly. It was very loud and scary. It was almost midnight! We had to evacuate the building in the cold and wait for the fire department to arrive. The alarm went off for over 45 mins. The fire department advised that someone had pulled the alarm. Guests were out all over the parking lot for an hour. Very upsetting, scary, and disappointing. I'm glad that I reserved and paid for the late check out..... Due to the late night disturbance!!!!! 😳😢

Perfect Location

If you love to vacay on the beach, this condo is perfect. It's right on the beach! Loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on this balcony! It was clean, the front desk clerk and members were so friendly and kind. Will definitely stay again.
