Schönes Apartment in Laufnähe zum Meer

Unsere Familie hatte eine schöne Woche in dem Apartment. Die Einrichtung war einfach, funktional und komfortabel, alles was wir drei benötigten war vorhanden inklusive Kinderstuhl und Buggy. Wirklich super waren die Fliegengitter und die Mückenkiller (Steckdosenvariante mit Plättchen), so dass wir und vor allem unsere kleine Tochter keinen einzigen Mückenstich abbekommen hatten. Es sind wirklich nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand und zum Supermarkt sind es ebenfalls nur 15 Minuten - perfekt wenn man Strandurlaub mit Kindern machen möchte. Zur Eisdiele sind es 25 Minuten, aber da ist die Motivation bei uns hoch genug gewesen ;)

toller Urlaub!

Das Haus liegt perfekt! Sehr nah am Strand, wir mussten nur 5 min laufen. Das Wasser war glasklar und der Strand breit und weitläufig . Zur anderen Seite in den Ort waren es ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten, direkt an der Ecke gab es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet , es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight ist die schöne Terrasse. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut entspannen. Das einzige Manko ist , dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat . Aber weil die Wohnung nah am Meer liegt weht nachts eine leichte Brise und durch die Mückengitter konnten die Fenster weit geöffnet werden. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Lo consiglio proprio.

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e confortevole e ben attrezzato. Situato in posizione strategica e tranquilla tra la spiaggia e il centro del paese. Una volta arrivati ci siamo potuti dimenticare della macchina. Le descrizioni e le foto corrispondono a quanto troverete. CI TORNEREMO VOLENTIERI!!!!

Tolle Wohnung - hilfsbereite Vermstieter

Diese Wohnung in Budoni hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen .. die Lage ist wirklich Prima und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern da, das hat wirklich gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist eher durchschnittlich man findet (fast) alles was man braucht. Wirklich sehr gut war, dass alle Fenster mit Sonnenschutz und Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Ho soggiornato lo scorso settembre, insieme alla mia famiglia. L'appartamento è molto grazioso, pulitissimo, ben curato, dotato di ogni confort, ottimo per la cifra che abbiamo pagato. Giovanna è stata cortese e professionale, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, legate in particolare ai miei bambini. La spiaggia è bellissima e perfetta per tutta la famiglia. La località è ben posizionata e dotata di tutti i servizi utili. Siamo stati così bene che contiamo di tornare anche quest'anno.

Soggiorno ottimo

Siamo appena rientrati da un ottima vacanza! La signora Marica si rivela gentilissima già dai primi contatti telefonici. La casa esattamente come descritta. Pulita, comoda e dotata perfino di microonde, pentole nuove e asciugacapelli!4 lavatrici a disposizione, spazio per stendere e una bella veranda per pranzare fuori. Lo spazio interno sala pranzo, camera grande e cameretta adeguato alle nostre esigenze 2 adulti e due bambini. A pochi minuti a piedi supermercato edicola pescheria e altri primi servizi. La spiaggia bellissima è raggiungibile a piedi 10 minuti ,se molto carichi di giochi meglio l'auto. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma con 7 euro circa si fa l'abbonamento settimanale. A Budoni la sera organizzano sempre qualcosa di carino altrimenti una bella grigliatina in giardino è sempre piacevole. Senza alcun dubbio consiglio questo appartamento!!!

splendida vacanza

Ho soggiornato nella casa vacanza della signora Marica nel mese di luglio 2014, insieme ad alcune amiche e figli al seguito. L'appartamento rispecchiava in tutto e per tutto le descrizioni offerte dagli annunci; il posto era pulito, molto curato, dotato di ogni confort. La signora Marica si è dimostrata molto cortese nei nostri confronti, fornendo la massima disponibilità in ogni momento. La spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri è a dir poco incantevole, e molto gradevole è anche la cittadina di Budoni che si anima moltissimo la sera. Torneremo sicuramente. Prezzi onestissimi.

vacanza a Budoni con moglie e figlia di 11 anni

Buona sera sono Antonello di Parma sono stato l'anno scorso nell'appartamento della sig Giovanna e ci siamo trovati benissimo pulito vicino alla spiaggia e al centro paese dove tutte le sere c'era qualche attrazione ristoranti bar e supermarket vicinissimo mia moglie e mia figlia erano contentissime e quest'anno abbiamo gia' prenotato l'appartamento per 2 settimane in agosto buona vacanza a tutti ! ciao Antonello!

accogliente comoda vicina centro

Per me e la mia fam.composta di due adulti e due ragazzi di dieci e sedici anni è andata benissimo.L'appartamento è tale e quale a foto nuovo con una bellissima terrazza sugli ulivi ad un passo dal centro ma sopratutto al lungo litorale di spiaggia bianca incantevole.Vicina a molte altre spiagge luogo tranquillo per famiglie e con lavatrice a disposizione.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'appartement au 1er étage. Propriétaire très sympathique. Appartement très propre. La climatisation est incluse dans le prix, ce qui était un plus pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La plage qui est à 5mn à pied de la location est jolie.

Preiswert und günstige Lage in Budoni

Wir (Paar) waren positiv überrascht. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Nette unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die uns am Anreisetag schon morgens in die Wohnung ließ. Schöne Veranda. Zum sehr schönen Strand ca. 500m, Supermarkt 300m. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Fliegengitter und WLAN, aber dann wäre es wohl auch deutlich teurer. Für 3-4 Personen zu empfehlen.
