Villa Verdi is a magnificent luxury villa with a private swimming pool. The villa comfortably sleeps six persons in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms on the first floor, one en suite, and one guest restroom on the ground floor.
The villa is perfectly located in the bountiful St. George neighborhood of Peyia, just next to Coral Bay.

The Space:
Villa Verdi was designed to offer the most comfortable and stylish vacation. Presenting a perfect selection of amenities; Private swimming pool with pool-side BBQ and pool-shower, free wi-fi, air-conditioning throughout the house, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a spacious living room with flat-screen entertainment.

Guest Access:
The villa is perfectly located in the St. George area of Peyia, just outside of the city of Paphos and near its main tourist site - Coral Bay.
The Paphos International airport is located approximately 30 minutes' drive from the villa offering effortless arrival and departure.

The Neighborhood:
The villa's strategic location will allow you to spend sunny days by your beautiful private swimming pool or at one of the nearby sandy beaches. Alternatively, you may decide to take a few-minute drive to the tourist hub of Coral Bay, which offers numerous restaurants, shops, and pubs, or maybe to take an evening stroll from the villa to the Mediterranean seacoast to watch the red sunset.
Peyia is placed between the mighty Troodos Mountains and the magnificent Sea-Caves shoreline. You may decide to take a day to explore the Troodos with its picturesque small mountain-villages or maybe to hike by the sea-caves seashore, both are located just a short drive from the villa. Whatever you decide to do, you will always be surrounded by the best the island of Cyprus can offer!

There are 2 nice restaurant close to the villa, in walking distance. Namos restaurant and Sunset Taverna restaurant. We will be happy to send you locations of these restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Kindly note that some new house construction is scheduled for this year, on a plot located below the villa. Construction will not be visible but guests booking this listing may experience some noise during the daytime.
