All local amenities including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarket are close by as is the municipal cabanyal market with many different stalls selling fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and cheeses. On Thursdays there is a large street market in the neighbourhood selling clothes. shoes and other sundries. Inside the apartment there are seven bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, living room and a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a maximum occupancy of 14 people. The area is well connected with good transport links, there are buses, tram and metro taking you to the city centre in around 20 minutes and a national train station going to Barcelona and other cities throughout Spain. You will find free street parking in the area close to the apartment as well as secure paid parking 5 minutes away next to the beach. The airport is a 20 minute taxi ride away or 45 minutes by tram and metro. The famous and oldest tapas bar in Valencia 'Casa Montana' is a few minutes walk away and the blue flag beach has a promenade with many bars and restaurants including 'La Pepica' a very well known and historic paella restaurant that was a favourite haunt of Ernest Hemmingway. The newly opened Marina beach club has an infinity swimming pool, sunbeds, music license, bars and restaurant and there are play areas for younger children in the Port next door. Bicycle hire is available to explore the local area. You will find sailing activities in the port as well as ferries to Ibiza and the Balearic islands. Cabanyal has lots to offer for all ages and the apartment is suitable for families and large groups of friends. The apartment is in a residential building on the third floor with a lift and it is important to respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. There is a minimum booking period of seven days during the summer months of July and August. Extra cleaning is available on request at an additional cost. Travel cots can be supplied for small babies. Smoking, pets and parties are prohibited in the apartment and a refundable security deposit will be taken in case of any damages or breakage.
