Superbe

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 3 petits enfants dans cette belle maison. L intérieur est confortable, et l absence de réel séjour est largement compensé par une très grande cuisine et une terrasse aménagée belle et ombragée. Le jardin est magnifique. Nos enfants y ont beaucoup joué. La localisation permet d accéder à plusieurs plages très agréables en 20 Minutes de voitures. Également à visiter : pisticci, Matera et Bernalda à ne pas rater. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location ou les propriétaires sont d un accueil chaleureux et familial tout en étant discrets.

Mooi en proper huis

Een leuk en proper huis en een mooie tuin. Als je houdt van katten, geen probleem... er zitten een stuk of 7 in de tuin die constant om eten bedelen, stiekem je eten stelen en propvol vlooien zitten. Hondenliefhebbers kunnen hun hart ophalen aan het vele hondengeblaf in de omgeving, ook van eentje vlak naast de deur. Als je houdt van rust kan je beter hopen dat het appartement boven niet verhuurd is, want het is nogal gehorig. Verder kan je gezellig aan tafel zitten, zetels in het huis of een ligbed in de tuin zijn niet te vinden. Douches zijn er veelvuldig als ze de tuin komen sproeien, in de badkamer is er echter enkel een bad. De 10 minuten naar het strand mag je gerust verdubbelen, tenzij je rijdt als een echte Italiaan.

Tranqullitàe relax

Siamo stati a Villa Antonella (appartamento IRIS) per due settimane ad agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La Villa mantiene tutto quello che promette: verde, tranquillità, spazi, pulizia, comodità. Anche nei giorni più caldi grazie al tipo di costruzione ed al verde che la circonda la casa è assolutamente vivibile (con temperature intorno ai 35° i condizionatori aiutano ma la notte li abbiamo sempre spenti). Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Per chi cerca tranquillità vicino al mare (10 minuti) è il posto ideale; è un ottimo punto di partenza anche per le escursioni verso l'interno: Matera, Craco, Lago dei Pertusillo, Tavole Palatine, Massiccio del Pollino,.....). Sicuramente un posto da consigliare senza indugi.

In qs appartamento a piano terra con ambienti grandi, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Paradiso lucano

La Basilicata ci è rimasta così impressa nel cuore che siamo tornati anche quest'anno e vista la splendida esperienza di quello precedente, è stato naturale per noi scegliere nuovamente "Villa Antonella". E' stato come tornare a casa, i proprietari ci hanno accolto calorosamente, contribuendo a rafforzare la sensazione di familiarità. Ci hanno omaggiato con due bellissimi cesti di frutta e verdura freschissimi, facendoci sentire un po' imbarazzati, perché tanta cordialità è ormai cosa rara. La casa era esattamente come la ricordavamo: luminosa, pulita, fresca accogliente e attrezzata di tutto punto. Il giardino sempre verde e rigoglioso, il silenzio e la tranquillità di "Villa Antonella" ci hanno cullato e rigenerato per tre meravigliose settimane. Abbiamo lasciato quest'oasi di pace con l'assoluta certezza che torneremo ancora in quella che, da noi, è stata affettuosamente soprannominata "la nostra casa lucana"!

"E'' trascorso un mese dal nostro soggiorno a Villa Antonella, ma nulla abbiamo scordato delle piacevoli sensazioni che la casa e il suo meraviglioso giardino, le colline in cui si trova e l''affettuosa accoglienza della fam Lettini ci hanno donato. Villa Antonella è un luogo di pace e tranquillità, eccellente per le famiglie e per chiunque voglia godersi momenti di silenzio e cieli stellati tra la natura della terra lucana. Facilmente accessibili luoghi storici, luoghi magici, mare e monti, località tipiche che le attenzioni precise e discrete dei proprietari sapranno ben indicare. Il sito rende la location, ma non riesce a trasmettere le positive energie di questo luogo: non resta che andarci e provare!!"

Il soggiorno presso villa...

Il soggiorno presso villa Antonella è stato ottimo; la descrizione della casa e del giardino sono assolutamente attendibili. La villa è bellissima, arredata con cura, grande, comoda non isolata: veramente da godere! Il giardino è semplicemente stupendo: curato con passione dal proprietario è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della villa. Il mare è raggiungibile in dieci minuti di macchina. Consigliato un soggiorno per famiglie con bambini piccoli. I proprietari sono molto gentili e discreti. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

"Villa Antonella ha pienamente soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. Immersa nella serena tranquillità della campagna lucana, la casa pulita,ordinata e ben accessoriata è immersa in uno splendido giardino, curato con grande passione dal proprietario. La vista che si gode dalla terrazza è impagabile. Grazie alla sua ubicazione, la villa, è un ottimo punto d''appoggio per spostarsi su tutta la costa ionica ( Calabria e Puglia sono vicinissime ). A 10 min. di auto c''è poi la città di Marconia, punto di riferimento per tutti i servizi. A coronare questo piccolo angolo di paradiso, ci sono anche la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la discrezione dei proprietari, doti tutt''altro che trascurabili di questi tempi. In conclusione, la vacanza ci è piaciuta così tanto che stiamo seriamente meditando di tornare a villa Antonella anche il prossimo anno!"

"La casa è veramente come viene descritta sul sito. Accogliente, attrezzata, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. Il giardino è splendido, con un''ampia varietà di piante e ben tenuto. La gentilezza , diponibilità e discrezione dei proprietari sono da non sottovalutare. I coniugi Lettini e il figlio Marco sanno dare ottimi consigli sia per quanto riguarda i luoghi da visitare che dove acquistare vini e formaggi tipici. La consigliamo a chi ama la natura, gli spazi all''aperto, la tranquillità."

"L' alloggio e le attrezz...

"L' alloggio e le attrezzature sono pienamente rispondenti a quanto nell' annuncio (la casa è veramente molto bella). Pecca per noi più grossa è che la proprietà non è recintata, e c'è solo una siepe che chiude -peraltro parzialmente- il lato strada. Nessun timore di intrusione da parte di malintenzionati (nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono altre abitazioni) ma, considerata la forte presenza di randagi in tutta la regione e avendo due bambini piccoli, non abbiamo goduto il giardino. Altro neo, che abbiamo comunque risolto serrando le finestre e utilizzando il condizionatore, è che ci sono nelle immediate vicinanze altre proprietà con cani che abbaiano per buona parte della notte. Qualche consiglio per un eventuale permanenza: - per la spesa consigliamo Marconia dove c'è un Despar ben fornito (il market indicato a 1 km è un discount, peraltro piccolo), - da visitare Pisticci, magari di sera (ci sono in estate spesso manifestazioni folkloristiche), - per le spiagge, se siete in cerca di pace e tranquillità, evitate i vari lidi (S.Teodoro, S. Basilio, etc) brutti e affollati e spostatevi, con 15 min di macchina, in loc Terzo Cavone (coordinate GPS N 40.17.131' E 016.46.457'), - ovviamente da non mancare Matera, a 45 min di auto. House and equipments are exactly as described (House and garden are beautiful). The big problem for us was that the garden is without fence (just an hedging along the road, that can be easily passed through). Having us two children, and considering the many straying dogs walking around, we couldn't really enjoy the outside. Other minor issue is that there are barking dogs during the (all) night. Problem that we resolved closing all the windows and turning on the air con. Some suggestion for the staying: - avoid the marketplace 1 km away (is a discount, and there is almost nothing), much better going down to Marconia 10 min by car looking for the "Despar", - pay a visit to Pisticci, possibly by night, - avoid seaside around S.Teodoro and S.Basilio, where there's no good and there are too many people, and try nearby "Terzo Cavone" 15 min by car (GPS N 40.17.131' E 016.46.457'), - go to Matera, 45 min by car."
