Wonderful house in great setting
Chioggia is in a great place just south of Venice and a mixture of canals, cafes and a fishing port and Leo's house was a fantastic base. We really appreciated the bikes as it made it easy to explore the area. We took the ferry out across the lagoon to Pellestrina and by chance found the restaurant da Celeste with amazing fish. Another day we visited Padova and just wandered around. Although we only had a few days in Chioggia we loved our holiday thank you Laura

Tolle und absolut saubere Unterkunft in Chioggia!
Wir haben schon in vielen Unterkünften Urlaub gemacht, aber das war eine der schönsten! Zu Zweit und ggf noch mit einem Kind ideal, da es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Küche und die Unterkunft insgesamt sind absolut top ausgestattet.! Und alles super sauber. Wir hatten Fahrräder zur Verfügung und so konnten wir recht schnell nach Chioggia reinfahren. Fast ein kleines Stadthäuschen!
Genau zwischen Strand von Sottomarina und der pittoresken Altstadt von Chioggia mit ihren Kanälen nicht umsonst Kleinvenedig genannt, hat diese kleine zweietagige Wohnung alles was man braucht: Kleinen eigenen Hof mit Sonnensegel und Liegestühlen, eine Aussenküche mit Gasgrill und zwei Fahrräder sowie am Strand

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage
Die Gastgeberin hat sich viel Mühe beim Einrichten des Hauses gegeben und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist nah zum Strand. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Wäscheständer ist etwas instabil, aber notwendig, da es nicht viele Möglichkeiten gibt Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Handtücher waren sauber, aber etwas verfärbt/ausgeblichen. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen.

Moderne, komfortable und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir (Eltern mit zwei 14- und 12jährigen Söhnen) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und u.a. mit Schiff und Bus einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig gemacht. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, die Kommunikation mit der sympathischen Vermieterin Laura lief reibungslos. Die ruhige Lage zwischen Strand und Altstadt ist perfekt, Supermarkt, Pizzabäcker etc. sind um die Ecke. Mit Glück findet man in der Straße Fondamenta Laguna (am Ufer der Altstadt gegenüber) einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Eine Alternative ist der Parkplatz schräg gegenüber auf der Isola Unione (Tagesticket von 8-20 Uhr in der Nebensaison für nur 4 Euro - für 24 Stunden Ticket abends kurz nach 20 Uhr lösen). Insgesamt alles super! Vielen Dank an Laura! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Nähe zum Strand, Nähe zur Innenstadt, zwei Fahrräder inklusive, nette Vermieterin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mitten im italienischen Leben sehr genossen. Sehr schönes kleines Haus
Wir fühlten uns in „ Leo‘s Dream House“ ausgesprochen wohl und konnten den Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig.

Wundervolle Tage in Chioggia
10 Tage bester Entspannung. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber gemütlich und bietet alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Besonders positiv waren der Parkplatz und die beiden Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Auch die beiden Fahrräder haben wir viel und gerne benutzt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Laura war sehr nett und unkompliziert und stets zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben unseren Familien-Urlaub im Oktober 2022 sehr genossen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben (nett eingerichtet, sehr bemüht dekoriert, gut ausgestattet, hochwertiges Bad, zwei tolle Fahrräder, etc.). Super netter Kontakt zur Familie, problemloser Ablauf, schöne Umgebung in ruhiger Lage, Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie Strand fußläufig (Meer im Herbst warm und fast jeden Tag ideal für SUPs), Venedig gut mit Auto oder Fähre zu erreichen (ca. 1 Stunde), insgesamt 5 Sterne, wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Eine wunderschöne, perfekt gelegene Wohnung mit Terasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt optimal zwischen der Altstadt von Chioggia und dem langen, breiten Sandstrand. Bäcker, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Terasse ist sonnig, die Liegen und Fahrräder wurden viel genutzt. Ruhige Wohnlage. Sehr nette Vermieter! Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Toller Aufenthalt in Chioggia
Schönes Apartment, super Lagen direkt zwischen Meer und Hafen. Stadtnah und man hat alles, was man braucht direkt um sich herum - Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Chioggia!

perfect time!
We had a perfect time in Leo's Dreamhouse. The house is exactely as shown in pictures and described in text. The equipment, furniture, style, everything was high class. The location is perfect if you are looking for real life... it's not a holiday home surrounding. We loved to live in the middle of italian people. And we had so much fun with the 2 bikes offered by Laura. The communication with her was always good & easy! The free parking just a few meters away as well as the beach equipment was included in the rental price. The beach is just around the corner - as well as some shops/supermarkets. We would defenitely recommend Leo's Dreamhouse if you are looking for a relaxed and quiet time in beach surroundings. Venzia is also easy to reach via ferry/bus from Chioggia. @Laura: thanks for everything, we apprciate you had us as your guests and we would love to come back :-)
