This beautiful penthouse is located in one of the best areas of the city, both to visit the historic center with its main monuments such as the Plaza de la Virgen, the Central Market, La Lonja, among others or to enjoy the countless Cafes, restaurants and leisure areas. Coincidentally the apartment is located next to the famous Olympia theater.
The attic is on a tenth floor high so it enjoys a lot of natural light, this added to the exquisite decoration in light tones still makes the house brighter.
