About this property

Private luxury villa with pool and sea views. 200 meters from beach.

Luxury family home suited for a max of 8 adults and 4 children. Lots of outdoor space within a walled area. Private pool, sea views and proximity to beaches. Next to the pool is a quiosque with a bar and breakfast / dining area, and a grill. A couple of housekeeper (working for us since 10yrs) live in separate area in the back of house are available to clean rooms, prepare breakfast, and for basic assistance. For an extra fee the housekeepers prepare lunches, buy your groceries, wash and iron etc.
Large pool and outside area with spectacular views. 200m from the Joao Fernandes beach. The house is nicely furnished and decorated, and well equipped, as it is our home when we are in Brazil. Build area about 400m2. 4 ensuite bedrooms, large terraces and a lot of outside space.
They is a playroom for kids with a football table, a tennis table and a snooker table. The house is less suited for very small kids because of the terraces and the deep pool.

amazing location/Fully loaded villa
Bart's villa is stunning. the pictures do not do it justice. spread out over 3 levels. with breathtaking views. master on top floor, 2 bedroom suite on main floor and gigantic 2 queen bed suite on lower pool level, all with 6 bathrooms makes spreading out and having some privacy easy. the pool kitchen area, the games room for rainy days, and the incredible staff Marcia and Joao complete this vacation home. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. in a desirable location walking distance to beaches at the very end of Buzios. couldn't ask for more. wonderful holiday had by all. Did i mention the views?

Absolutely perfect!!!
Well I must say that the pictures online do not do this property justice. Everything was better than the pictures. We were so surprised at the quality of this property. Probably one of the best views in Buzios. It is a bit too far to walk to Rua das Pedras but Uber is inexpensive and readily available. The owner of the property is wonderful. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Marcia and Joao that live on property are some of the best people you will ever meet. We have stayed at many places around the world and we honestly feel this is the absolute best place we have ever stayed. Can hardly wait to return.

The property distinguishes itself by its privacy. One cannot look-in from the street, but at the same time it offers sweeping views of the sea from its large pool and terraces. The couple of house keepers will take care of continuous cleanliness and fresh towels and bed linen. They can prepare you a copious breakfast, barbecue your meat and make real good capirinhas.
