About this property

This beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with ocean views is a gem. Located on the border of Palisades and Malibu, it is minutes away from Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu Cross Creek. It is walking distance to the Getta Villa and many beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located on a cul de sac, which is great for kids to play out on the street. Close to many hiking and mountainbiking trails and world class surfing beaches. The house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen utencils, spices, etc.., boogie boards, washer and dryer, daily maid service if requested.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has a bunkbed. The backyard has a waterfall and fireplace, bbq and dining table, perfect for entertaining.

Beautiful home in an awesome location.

Such a beautiful spacious home with amazing views. The backyard is tranquil and very relaxing with a heated jacuzzi. I highly recommend this home and the Owner’s were lovely, very responsive and great to deal with. It was well equipped and perfect to share with another family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best!!!

Can't rave about this place enough! We stayed here during our wedding week as we got married in Malibu, and had the greatest experience. The house feels like a home. Kathleen was awesome and so responsive. Just the best time here!

Well Located Malibu Gem

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Malibu, and I can't recommend it enough. This house is perfectly situated, offering beautiful views right from the sitting room and primary bedroom balcony. The location is ideal, providing easy access to attractions, beaches, and fantastic dining options. This property feels like home the second you arrive. The interior of the house is well designed and maintained. The backyard is beautiful with flowers, a well maintained garden waterfall and hot tub and also a full outdoor cooking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and every cooking tool you need, making it a joy to cook in. TVs had full cable and access to streaming services. Everything you need is there -- this one feels more like home than a standard vacation rental. The owner takes extraordinary effort to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay. She made herself available to help if needed and was a pleasure to work with. My family goes to California often and this property is on our short list of places to stay. We look forward to returning to Malibu and staying at this house.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was such a fantastic VRBO - my family LOVED that there was ample space in the house for four couples to relax, and that it is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk up into the hills to enjoy the view. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing - we hope to come back soon. Kathleen was also fantastically communicative and helpful - 10/10!

A Gem In Malibu

This property is absolutely amazing!!! There are breathtaking ocean views from the first and second floors. The backyard has an awesome outdoor area. We especially enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waterfall surrounded by a tropical backdrop. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Kathleen was a very responsive host. We highly recommend this property for vacation. We will definitely be returning to this “gem” in Malibu!

Wonderful visit to Malibu!

My family (husband, sister, and parents) enjoyed staying in Malibu. The property is exactly as described and is comfortable and convenient to the beach. The neighborhood is charming and friendly. I will miss waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome vacation!

First time in California for most of us. Check in was very easy, home very clean, organized and just an absolute wonderful place to stay for the week. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals, backyard was very tranquil and home was very comfortable. Friendly neighborhood where you can take morning walks before starting your day. Our whole family was very happy. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the beaches, shopping and downtown Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and LA. Kathy thank you so very much! Our family can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay with Wonderful Hosts!

This is one of those rare properties that is exactly as it is on the pictures! We loved every minute of being here - it is a gorgeous location, amazing views, wonderful backyard, and a house very well stocked! Not to mention that the owners are a pleasure to deal with! We had a great time!

Wonderful location and Malibu home ; excellent owner communication

This is our second time at this spacious, clean and beautiful 4 bed 3 bath Malibu home. The owner quickly accommodated the arrival of our granddaughter and let us come one week early and messaged us about when the home would be clean and ready. The home is spacious, quiet, feels like home. We plan to return often to visit our granddaughter!

A wonderful time in an Incredible house!

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Topanga house in Malibu! My husband and I and our adult kids with their significant others were so comfortable, each couple had the privacy of a bedroom w/their own bathroom. The layout of the house was so spacious that we never once felt crowded or on top of each other. The house looks exactly like it does in the photos, beautiful, open and airy with an incredible view of the ocean from the living room and primary bedroom. There were so many places to hang out as a group or just relax by yourself and read a book. All the beds were super comfortable and the couches off the kitchen and in the media room were so comfortable that we actually looked up the brand to see what they were! The backyard was beautifully landscaped and had a fantastic grill which we used several times to cook dinner. The kitchen was huge and stocked with all the essentials like spices, oils, and utensils, everything we needed to cook. Kathleen was so easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to any questions I had. The location was perfect because it was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the Pacific Coast Highway so we were able to easily take day trips and enjoy the surrounding area; we visited Santa Monica Pier, did a studio tour at Paramount, went on several hikes and ate at some great restaurants, just to name a few things. The best part about our whole trip was feeling so relaxed with my family and enjoying the comfort of being together in a beautiful house .

Beautiful relaxing home overlooking the water

We enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s beautiful home. Staying in the master you see the sunrise. You can walk down the hill to the beach and see the sunset. Neighborhood is also so interesting to walk and see different homes and their landscaping. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. The backyard had a soothing waterfall as we relaxed in the hot tub. Kathleen was easy to reach as we had some technology issues in the beginning of our stay but all was fixed. Recommend this home if want to stay near the ocean in the Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica area!

Cannot express how wonderful this property is!

My East Coast family stayed here during Thanksgiving week and we had the best time! The home is beautiful, clean and spacious with a lovely backyard and comfortable beds! The neighborhood is quiet, conveniently located outside of the hustle and bustle and has beautiful views of the Pacific. Kathleen was easy to reach when we had questions and really opened up her home to my family. All of us loved it and I will definitely look forward to renting her home again! This property is everything it is listed as and more. Kathy was an incredible host and available to handle any issues that might arise during the stay. We live locally and were hosting family from out of town and it will now be our go to property (if available) instead of staying at a hotel

Awesome property

Probably our best VRBO experience ever, and we travel a lot! Everything was so well appointed and thought out & the attention to detail was amazing. The house, back yard, and outside spaces are just sublime. Great communication, beds are fantastic. Oh, and the view is breathtaking. Bottom line, book this property--you will not regret it.

Lovely home with a view

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this well appointed home. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Malibu Oasis

Needed a home base as we were visiting for my son’s wedding. This was the perfect home for us. Beautiful, spacious, and perfectly appointed. You can't beat the location. We are walking distance to the beach, have spectacular ocean views and the neighborhood is lovely.. The house is on a cul de sac that is perfect for kids to play out on the street. While it is considered Malibu, it is the southern most part of Malibu, therefore you are very close to Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Malibu City Center.
