Lovely property in a quiet area with great access to the beach and town centre. Easy to locate and good communication with the owner Ian. Ayr is a lovely place to visit with great places to eat, would recommend Reel Plaice, Lychees, Priya and the Tam O'Shanter.
We had a pleasant stay. Everything was fine and the kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding is great for families with a playground near by and the beach...
Very comfortable, plenty of space and quiet. Location is very convenient for travelling to anywhere in the Ayr/Prestwick/Troon area. It is a short walk to restaurants in Ayr town centre.
Everything was perfect, the location, the flat, the beds. Great communication with the owner.
Finding the parking space could be a bit tricky but in the end there is no issue to find a free space.
If there is something which need to be check: the window of the 1st bedroom which doesn't close properly and can be an issue with children
Anyway, in conclusion... Will we come back? For sure!
Nice clean quiet apartment, Handy for town centre and beach front attractions. Parking slightly confusing but good once you work it out.

Overall we had a great 3 nights here.
On arrival we struggled to work out which was the correct parking space. We thought we had it figured only for a resident to tell us we’d been in his spot for 2 days. The correct spot just needs the number painting to avoid confusion.
This was an excellent experience. Large comfortable space, great location, and very reasonable. Owner is amazing, helped us sort an issue and all while he was on his own holiday.
Very comfortable flat with ideal location for visiting Ayr. Would be especially worthwhile in warmer times (close to the beach) but for our short spring visit it was just right. Ian provided excellent instructions for an easy check-in and left detailed instructions for the flat - all of which made the stay easy.
Spotlessly clean two bedroom apartment which was just perfect for our family of five. Right beside the beach and a short walk or drive to the play park, amusements etc. Apartment has ensuite, separate kitchen, tv etc. We would happily recommend and definitely stay again.
The apartment is well situated for walking to town center and the beach front. Car parking was available and more than adequate. Facilities in the apartment were comfortable and more than enough for 2 guests. The heating system needed some attention but I was quickly helped by Ian and we got things running again. We would suggest the inclusion of at least 1 toilet roll , we travelled from the Netherlands and preferred not to go directly to the supermarket. Other than that we had a great stay.
Good location for visiting Ayr and the Surrounding area
Easy walk into the centre of Ayr. Recommend Ronaldo’s Ice cream shop. Good position for exploring the area, visiting Loch Lomond, Glasgow and the Falkirk wheel all just over an hour away.
Some difficulty identifying the parking space but once worked out no issues. The number on the floor plaque does not correlate to the flat number.
Good sized flat for our family of 4. Some issues which require a bit of maintenance. For example the windows and doors were very stiff and oven didn’t seem to work on all settings.
Overall really nice break and would recommend.

Lovely property in a great location
Comfortable property a stones throw from the beach. My only criticism really is that the property is advertised as having a dishwasher which is one of the reasons why I selected it. However it doesn’t have a dishwasher and no cleaning products were providing. Had I have known I would have bought my own. The parking instructions given were a little confusing. I did message the property manager on arrival but didn’t receive a reply. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Nice apartment, quiet location. Laminate floors noisy, oven thermostat & control knob useless, sofas not very comfortable. Door lock difficult to open (key worn). Entry door key also difficult (lock worn). Balcony door opens as a normal door, but tilted and difficult to close. Generally the apartment needs some tlc.
The flat was exactly as described in the listing which is always appreciated. The flat has a view of the sea from the small balcony, is within walking distance of shope and restaurants on the Ayr High Street. The en suite is tight but the second bathroom was very spacious, the water pressure was wonderful and the provided towels were so fluffy. The second sink does have a slow drain that needs attention. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of spplicancez, utensils, pots, pans, paper towels and kitchen towels but no fairy liquid for dish washing. Providing a bottle along with hand soap would be a nice addition. The kitchen sink had a dropping tap that needs fixing.
The bedrooms were nicely decorated with plenty of linens and pillows provided, however the double mattress is very firm, and perhaps older as I could feel a spring or 2 and not suitable for a side sleeper such as myself as I left the property with a stiff back. The bed comfort is the deciding factor for me on a property and for that reason I would not be able to stay here again.
