About this property

A modern 3 bedroom luxury apartment

A recently constructed gated, private residence set in 3 acres of luscious greenery.
With a private pool and outdoor shower shared with the 9 other apartment’s on this exclusive development.

3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one en suite) and one with 2 single beds.

Each bedroom has French doors which open out onto their own outdoor terrace.

There is a classic modern open plan kitchen with fully integrated appliances to include: oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and plenty of other cooking utensils for your convenience.

The lounge area has a cream leather sofa and TV/DVD player.

The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. This opens out onto a covered outdoor patio area which directly looks out to the pool and sea views. a luxury 6 seating patio set is waiting here.

The apartment has 2 wooden sun loungers with padded cushions for your use. There is also a communal BBQ


This lovely spacious ground floor apartment is in one of two blocks of 5 apartments and has beautiful panoramic views to the sea.
There is hot & cold air conditioning in every room and good quality bed linen and white bath towels are provided
This is a tastefully furnished beautiful apartment with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday.

Super apartament ze wspaniala wlascicielka
Apartament jest swietnie wyposazony , bardzo obszerny, klimatyzacja w kazdym pomieszczeniu bardzo dobrze funkjonuje. Obszerny taras , duzy basen. Wygodne materace i lezaki na zewnatrz. Generalnie zdecydowanie polecamy pobyt w ytm miejscu. Bardzo mili wlasciciele , pomocni w razie potrzeby.

Wonderful stay outside of Spilinga.
We loved Il Casale, walking to and getting fruit and veg from the farm nearby, the surrounding towns and the beaches. Hanging out at the house is supremely comfortable but do take the opportunity to explore. The beach at Riaci was our favorite. The pizza place and gelateria in Spilinga both great and feel like a dip into local life. The baker on the main route that bypasses the center of Ricadi makes a delicious ‘pizza pane’ (plain focaccia with the lightness of pizza dough) that is very nice for picnics. Sarah is a great host!

Le logement proposé par Sarah est parfait : très propre, super équipé, rien ne manque. Il est idealement situé dans un petit complexe résidentiel très calme face au Stromboli et à 5 minutes a pied d'un agriculteur proposant ses légumes, oeufs et fruits frais. Beautiful place
We stayed here for 3 weeks! Sara is a very good host. She gave us good tips for the area. It was a very clean, complete and nice apartment. Beautiful view, beautiful garden and lovely swimming pool. Everything in the apartment, and especially the air conditioning at temperatures above 35 degrees, was very pleasant.

What a wonderful place, lacking nothing!
As a family of five, we spent our summer holiday in Sarah's flat in July. We were very warmly welcomed and felt at home from the first moment. The flat has three bedrooms and three terraces, one of which has direct access to the pool. The view from the very well-maintained property is especially charming in the evening when the sun sets over the sea and the Stromboli volcano. The furnishings of the flat leave nothing to be desired, especially the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We were positively surprised by the powerful air conditioning, but we only used it on the first few evenings. The property "Il Casale" is in a quiet location; there are only a few neighbours. Nevertheless, many sights and the sea are only a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed our holiday very much. We would like to emphasise the hospitality of Sarah, with whom we always felt in good hands due to her helpful, always good-humoured and unobtrusive manner and who gave us many great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. Thank you very much, Sarah! Our unreserved recommendation!

BELLISSIMA LOCATION ...CONSIGLIATISSIMO
Che dire 10 giorni trascorsi all'insegna della tranquillità e confort... Abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra a due passi dalla piscina .Appartamento molto pulito, e ben fornito di accessori ...non manca nulla. La posizione è ottima per il mare situato a pochi Km . Tropea Vibo Valentia e Pizzo sono poco distanti facilmente raggiungibili . La piscina è bellissima e sempre pulita .Per chi è amante delle fotografie bellissimo il tramonto sullo Stromboli . Inoltre COMPLIMENTI all'host Sarah gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Unico piccolo neo (se vogliamo dirlo) tratto di strada antecedente all'ingresso ...sconnesso ... in moto bisogna fare attenzione. Traumhafte und sehr gepflegte Anlage
Die Anlage und das Appartement ist wirklich ein Traum. Gehobene Ausstattung mit allem, was benötigt wird. Traumhafter großer Pool, tolle Terrasse, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Gute Ausgangslage für schöne Touren in Kalabrien mit wunderbaren Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Calabrien in der Wohnung von Sarah sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen sauber und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Sarah war jederzeit für uns da und konnte uns gute Tipps für Entdeckungen in der Umgebung geben.

Fabulous stay
Stayed here with friends, the property was excellent, it had everything you could think of. The pool looked great we just didn’t get time to use it on this short trip. Sarah, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. She had a little welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. A lovely bottle of wine, some milk and a selection of delightful cakes. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sarah war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet. Wir konnten von der überdachten Terrasse und vom Poolbereich den Blick auf das Meer mit die Insel Stromboli genießen und sogar den ein oder anderen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer erleben. Wichtig: der Weg zum Haus ist unbefestigt und ziemlich holprig - gut, dass wir ein relativ robustes Auto hatten.

Bellissima location con servizi e assistenza ottimi
Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni in agosto in questo "casale" della collina calabrese, le spiagge di Capo Vaticano si raggiungono in 10 minuti di auto. La proprietà, composta 2 case di 5 appartamenti ciascuna, è dotata di un grande giardino recintato, con piscina e aree al sole e un boschetto di pini all'ombra. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort ed accessori, compreso aria condizionata, tv sat, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. La proprietaria Sarah, sempre disponibile e presente in loco ci ha assistito per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Dal giardino si accede alla campagna, dove il contadino vende verdure e frutta a km 0. I tramonti con vista su Stromboli e la tranquillità sono impagabili.

Lovely setting for a relaxing visit in Calabria
We spent 4 nights at this location and had a wonderful time. Sarah has thought of everything to make a stay relaxing and comfortable. The unit is clean, really well equipped and she has prepared a book with valuable and useful information on the surrounding area. The pool was a welcome respite everyday (and sometimes in the morning too!) and there's a farm next door to pick up some really great fresh vegetables, eggs & fruits! You couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view - Stromboli Isle/volcano is in the nightly show and it did not disappoint at sunset. While we were on the outskirts of two little villages everything was easily accessible and we enjoyed the quiet at night. And as it was our first visit to Calabria, Sarah was a valuable reference for all things Calabrese.....

Beautiful house in the nature!
We really enjoy our staying at II Casale: The house was clean as well as the commun area: the swimming pool. It was nice and quiet there. The house is located only 20 min drive from the beautiful Tropea. The owner, Sarah, was really lovely. The communication was super easy as well. I would recommand this place! Thanks Sarah!

Superbe!
Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à Panaia. Le logement est très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Depuis la terrasse ombragée, on bénéficie d'une vue splendide sur le Stromboli. Et que dire de la piscine... le bonheur! Un endroit que je recommanderai à mes amis et ma famille pour leurs prochaines vacances en Calabre!

Wonderful Place near Tropea
1005888 I have been staying at Il Casale with friends from 7 to 14 august. The apartment is well equipped and functional. The whole facility is well organized with the maximum comfort for the guests. The garden with the swimming pool is amazing and the view is breathtaking. Sarah is a wonderful host, always available for the guests needs. The location is closed to very nice beaches. I'll suggest it to people who want to relax and escape from crowded and packed spots. The place is so beautiful that you may not desire to move around.

I have a great passion for Italy, and after many holidays in different parts of Italy, I eventually came to Calabria and fell in love with the area, with its amazingly beautiful landscapes, and old fashioned qualities of the people, I felt quite at home, so purchased my holiday homes here. I live half the year here in one apartment, and rent out the other. I offer massage & reflexology treatments. And I also run Holistic Life Coaching Retreats from May - October.

Why they chose this property

This property is still very new. Not only does it have amazing all round views , but also you can sit on the terrace, in the shade and keep an eye on the children, as the property directly faces the swimming pool.

There is an English speaking Manager on site to assist with information and advice.

What makes this property unique

This property is just 1 hours drive from Lamezia airport. As well as plenty of beaches around, there is a horse riding stable within a few minutes walk (very reasonable rates).. This is a very safe place for children, as it is off the main road in a secure gated area, with lots of space. It is also a great place for couples, friends and family's wanting to escape from it all, as it is very rural & tranquil. The swimming pool is cleaned with ultra violet rather than chlorine, so is far more gentle on the skin and eyes - great for anyone suffering with skin allergies. There are some wonderful boat trips, and boat owners' have been known to offer their boats out for hire to experienced sailors. The people are very friendly, and always seem ready to help. There is an abundance of local food products, including chillies, red onions, and an assortment of chutneys. There are also cooking classes in Tropea (would need to be pre-booked). All amenities are within easy reach, and there is plenty to see and explore.
