Very bright apartment of 53 m2, renovated in 2012, with a wooden terrace of 16m2, facing south, for lunch or sunbathing, near the Lecques beach and the marina (450 meters or 7 minutes on foot , from the sea by a charming little pedestrian path and a street called allée des mimosas)
The journey to the beach takes 7 minutes on foot. Parking is provided in front of the house on the wooded lot.
All shops in the village center of Lecques (400m-500m)

St Cyr sur Mer Summer Holidays

Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxed holiday. 5 to 6 minutes walk to St Cyr sur Mer bay with Restaurants, cafes and beautiful beach. Especially early mornings. Host was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation did suit us even with our cocker spaniel and 2 teens. Despite busy August period, our holiday was exactly what we were looking for and we would recommend this location to our friends and family’s.

Lieu des vacances 👍! Pour l’hébergement , chacun a des opinions. Pour une famille, sans enfants où chien c’est top, demandez des renseignements supplémentaires si vous avez une famille avec enfant où un accompagnateur ! A recommander pour un couple!

Wohnung in Strandnähe mit wunderbarem Balkon

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe. Wir waren mit 3 erwachsen Personen und einem Chihuahua dort und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Strandnähe und der tolle Balkon waren die Highlights des Urlaubs.

Très bonne location

Tout était conforme à l'annonce. L'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine était hors du commun tant il était fourni.Terrasse très agréable et surtout possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété, ce qui est un grand plus dans la région. La propriétaire charmante et de bons conseils.

Très agréable

Ma famille et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le bien était très propre, très bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces. On peut tout faire à pied. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur la végétation très dépaysante. La propriétaire est sympa et accueillante. Je recommande de séjourner dans ce bien.

Très bon location, emplacement parfait et accueil chaleureux

L'appartement est très spacieux pour une famille de 4. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La proprété impécable. Les chambres et le salon sont très comfortable et le grand plus c'est la grande terasse. Nous avons passé la majorité du temps sur cette terasse. La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds, les commerces également. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillant et chaleureux. Un séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La propriétaire est très gentille et précise dans ses explications. Le logement, au calme dans une impasse et à proximité de la mer et de tous les commerces, est conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipé et très propre.

Goede locatie, fijn huis.

We hebben een fijne week gehad, prima appartement met complete keuken en terras waar het goed toeven is. Op wandelafstand van zee. De omgeving is in de nacht wat onrustig met autoweg en trein binnen gehoorafstand maar de cicaden overstemmen dit overdag met hun heerlijke gezang. We hadden de fietsen mee, rondfietsen in het achterland is een aanrader en uiteraard naar de bakker. De eigenaresse is een vriendelijke, rustige vrouw die onder het appartement woont.

Bel appartement proche de toutes commodités

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé, cuisine très bien équipée, terrasse appréciable pour manger dehors sans être trop exposé au soleil. L'accès à la plage se fait facilement en marchant une petite dizaine de minutes. La propriétaire est très gentille, à l'écoute et n'hésite pas à conseiller pour visiter les environs. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter.

Séjour réussi, madame COULLET est une personne agréable, discrète mais disponible à l'écoute de ses locataires et de bon conseil pour l'organisation du séjour, avec de nouvelles propositions pour l'année prochaine à recommander vraiment !!

Nette Vermieterin, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung im 1. Stock, ca. 400 Meter bis zum Strand, gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch etwa 400 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettzeug müssen selbst mitgebracht werden, ist aber bei einem großen Auto kein Problem. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Sans hésitation

Nous venons de passer de très belles vacances à St Cyr sur mer. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mme COULLET sérieuse et précise dans cette location où on se sent très bien tout est réuni au niveau confort. Les propriétaires vivent en dessous, d'une discrétion très rassurante et donc disponible si besoin. La localisation est idéale dans une impasse donc très tranquille et à proximité de tout, plage et commerces de 5 à 7 minutes à pied..... Merci Mme COULLET de nous avoir mis à disposition votre location pour nos vacances en famille réussies.

Sehr schönes Appartment, leider durch Straße und Zug etwas laut.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Gut wäre ein Hinweis, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitgebracht oder bezahlt werden müssen. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ich würde aber sehr gerne wieder dort unterkommen.

Charmant séjour

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Une mention toute particulière pour la terrasse. La qualité d l'accueil et la disponibilité de Mme Choulet sont également à mette en exergue. Nous avons pu ainsi découvrir cette belle région dans des conditions idéales.
