First of all the great stuff. Absolutely spotless inside, comfy beds and furniture, outstanding communication, really close to Metro. The elevator was a bonus to take all the luggage up and Dimitra was so generous in letting us drop our bags early. The neighbourhood was a little dodgy, with numerous druggies in surrounding streets. At night, the street noise was really loud, but for a family with 3 adults and two teenage children it would be very hard to beat for value for Money.

Great place and great location
Great place and great location for the money. Easy access from the airport via the metro and within walking distance of the Acropolis. Would definitely stay here again.

6 nights stay in Athen.
We had amazing experience with property owner ,Dimitri. She was very nice and helpful. She returned our calls promptly she gave us lots of good hints and her collaboration with taxi company saved us lots of money. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Everything is upgraded and this place is fully furnished and gives you peace of mind just like your own home. Location is great and it’s walking distance to so many restaurants and mini markets. The only problem I noticed was street was not clean. There is many neglected buildings which contributes to this issue. We didn’t visit suburban areas but city center was not clean.
