Llwyncadfor Farm is a traditional cottage with a Georgian facade, resting in the beautiful countryside that engulfs Newcastle Emlyn, in West Wales. It boasts six bedrooms; two king-size doubles, a double, a second floor double, a twin and an adult bunk bunk room, sleeping 12 altogether. The cottage also has a bathroom, a second floor bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom, followed by a kitchen, utility, dining room with woodburning stove, sitting room with woodburning stove and TV room with woodburning stove. To the outside is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden. Llwyncadfor Farm offers a superb experience in a picturesque location.

Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Nintendo Wii, table football, selection of games. Fuel, power and all wood for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: This property is a traditional stone house which is finished with traditional lime wash with uneven walls.

Good, convenient quiet rural location from which to visit various places of interest. Plenty of local Inland walks and River points of interest to see. Short journey by road to many lovely local beaches.
