Comfortable with its contemporary design. It has sets of sheets and towels. Kitchen equipped with all facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machines (nespresso) coffee maker, toaster, water heater. Living room with TV, music chain, free Wifi, air conditioning, heating and safe.
Disabled access, for children we have a cot and high chair. Nearby parking both public and private.

The street Sant Sebastian is almost pedestrian which allows you to enjoy all the tranquility being in the center, only the cars of the neighbors transit where the white houses with their porches and windows in the indigo blue that characterizes this town so marine, calm, and the fun time where diverse cultures have a place, with respect and freedom.
It makes it special that enjoying absolute tranquility where it seems that time has stopped, a few meters away concentrates all the atmosphere offered by this fishing village.
It is easy to travel to Barcelona or airport since both the train station and the bus are very close and can travel with your luggage walking.

Wonderful Apartment in Sitges.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to bus/train for easy access to and from Barcelona airport. Close to beaches and lots of shopping and restaurants. Apartment was clean and host was very communicative. We would stay here again, highly recommend it!

Clean, perfectly located and well-equipped - we loved it!!

We (me, my partner and our 7 year old son) loved our week in Jaime's apartment! It was perfectly clean, very quiet, felt very safe, and was nicely set up with both rooms opening out onto the patio area. It was very well equipped too - we had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels (including beach towels), spare blankets and bedding (although not needed due to the great weather!), and even a few beach toys. It is also ideally located being within easy walking distance of the bus stop for the airport and the train station for getting in to Barcelona City, but yet only a few minutes away from the Sant Sebastià beach and the central part of town, and there are a range of shops nearby. It was also a pleasure to meet Jaime who was very accommodating of our arrival and checking out times, and gave us a very thorough tour around the apartment on arrival as well as some useful tips about good restaurants. We were sad to leave the apartment and Sitges at the end of our week, and definitely plan to return soon.

Central - close to everything at Sitges

Our hosts were helpful and property was clean and well organized. Location close to train station, Sitges central area and the beach is optimal. Neighborhood was peaceful, though it's located very central and in the middle of busy area. Close approximity to train station makes it easy to commute between Barcelona (airport) and Sitges. All you need for the stay are close, restaurants,bars, shops,supermarket...We enjoyed our stay. Strong recommendations for the property.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Sitges, l'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage et de la gare (très pratique pour se rendre à Barcelone). Le front de mer et le vieux village sont très agréables, et notre hôte Jaime a été très gentil et très réactif sur toutes nos questions. Je le recommande sans hésitation...

Comfortable, clean and well equipped

Excellent apartment with well equipped kitchen and the best shower I have ever experienced!!. Conveniently located in the old town near the shopping centre and the promenade and beaches. Ground floor so easily accessible. Good central heating and hot water system. If I had to suggest anything it would be to have 1 or two shelves in the oven and possibly more easy chairs in the living room rather than the settee but these are minor quibbles!!

Very clean and well managed

This apartment was fantastic! I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in Sitges. The apartment was clean and very well equipped (even towels and an umbrella for the beach). Jaime was a great host and the location was ideal (less than 5 min walk to the beach and lots of delicious restaurants). Loved it!

Beste Lage, groß und sauber, sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt

Ruhige Straße, Bäcker und Supermarkt ganz nah, San Sebastián Strand/Bucht am Fussball der Straße mit Bars und Restaurants.... so schön! Jaime und Krystof sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Großes Apartment, sauber, 2 Bäder. Für uns super. Danke! Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! :)

Estupenda situación

Aunque solo ha sido un fin de semana la estancia ha sido estupenda. La situación del apartamento inmejorable, en pleno centro del pueblo y muy cerca de la playa como para poder permitirse ir dando un paseo. El propietario muy simpático y atento. Y el apartamento con todo lo necesario como para sentirte en tu propia casa.

Schönes Appartment in perfekter Lage

In der Karwoche haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Sitges verbracht mit 2 Erw. + 2 Kindern. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Alles hat gepasst: die Lage ist perfekt, schön gelegen in der Altstadt, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Strand/Strände in der Nähe. Die Straße runter ein Bäcker und in der Nähe Supermärkte. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ganz nah nette Restaurants, Cafe´s und Bars zu finden sind. Trotzdem ruhige Lage, schöne Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und grüßen auf diesem Weg noch einmal den netten Vermieter Jaime, der uns am letzten Tag noch eine Jacke zum Bahnhof gebracht hat, die wir im Apt. vergessen hatten! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Carola und Familie

Great location and great apartment

The three of us stayed in this clean and comfortable apartment for a week, but it would easily sleep 4 or 5 people. The owner is very nice and helpful and we highly recommend this apartment. There are two full and very nice bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen. We cooked often, but the apartment is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants that Sitges has to offer. We loved this town as a place to stay, but it is also a perfect location from which to visit Montserrat, Barcelona, and Tarragona. The beaches are so beautiful that you may just want to stay in Sitges! Parking is a little tricky in Sitges so you may want to take the Monbus from the airport and then use the train to visit Barcelona. If you don't mind paying for parking, you wouldn't have much of a walk (from the train station, for instance).

Appartement à la décoration très soignée

Appartement très bien situé à 100 mètres de la plage, et du centre ville. Proprété remarquable, ainsi qu'une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très gentil, disponible et attentionné ( bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée). De plus, la flexibilité sur le jour d'arrivée permet d'éviter les bouchons!

Tolle Ferienwoche in Jaime's Appartement

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) haben eine 1 Woche in diesem Appartement verbracht. Es liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem belebten Zentrum entfernt. Allerdings befindet die Wohnung sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass wir ungestört schlafen konnten .Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es in der Beschreibung steht und hatten nichts zu beanstanden.Jaime ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, und obwohl er nur Spanisch spricht und wir nicht, haben wir uns immer gut verstanden :-) Martina L.

Great location, comfortable, clean and relaxing!

Three of us stayed in Jaime's apartment for a week over the New Year period 2012/13. The location of the apartment on a pedestrianised street, less than 5 minutes walk from San Sebastian beach is perfect - close to shops and restaurants, but quiet and part of the local scene. In our opinion, the apartment is very good value for money, given the quality and location. Jaime was so helpful from the original enquiry to check-in and departure. The apartment is comfortable and the heating worked well - there is a nice little outside courtyard which is probably very sunny in the summer - access from both bedrooms. We found 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) very useful - no queues! I would have awarded 4.5 stars if I could - we love to shop and cook whilst on holiday and we thought that some of the kitchen equipment could be updated. However, that is a very minor point and in no way detracted from our holiday. All in all - a fantastic week in the Sun to start the New Year and we certainly hope to use Jaime's apartment again in the future! Gràcies Jamie.
