About this property

Casantò Guest Home, is located in the historic center of Palermo. The totally renovated and air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift, has three bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and a living area with kitchenette. The rooms equipped with flat screen TV are independent of each other.
We are close to the pedestrian area of via Maqueda, the main street of the historic center of Palermo. The building overlooks the Galleria delle Vittorie, built in the 1930s. We are 300 meters from the Massimo theater, and about 800 meters from the cathedral and the Palazzo dei Normanni. The buses that connect the city center with the fishing villages and the airport pass about 100 meters away. Very close there are bars, bistros, restaurants and supermarkets.
We try to make our guests feel at home, providing everything they need in an apartment. Anyone who decides to stay in our apartment will always find us available, because our motto is to HOST WITH THE HEART FROM THE HEART OF PALERMO!

Perfect in Palermo

Antonio’s place is even better than described! It was absolutely spotless & perfect for our family getaway to Sicily. Centrally located, convenient to restaurants, sites, the city market, etc. Party of 7, all adults. All of us had a separate bedroom with en-suite baths. Rooms were spacious, very nice up to date showers, great bed & bedding. We had two cars to park & there was assistance in finding parking as well. Very secure building, elevator too. The common area was great for breakfast & dinners, well equipped kitchen. We travel quite a bit & everyone agreed that this apartment was outstanding! I’m n a scale of 1-10 this is a 12.

Wonderful host, wonderful apartment

Our host, Antonio, is great. We had some needs and requests and he helped us out every time. The apartment was perfect for three friends and would be perfect for three couples too. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with great showers. The location is stellar and lots of fun. It’s on a street with very restricted car traffic. You can find many shops, restaurants, and bars very close by. You are also walking distance to several major tourist attractions. One of our party used a walker and it worked for her. There are only two small steps to get in and an elevator.

A rare combination

Great location, with a very comfortable set-up for potentially three couples or equivalent. Clean, contemporary, enjoyable spot to return to at the end of the day. A separate bath for each room was a plus for us. Walkable to the many city center sights, and surrounded by a wide variety of excellent food and drink options. The host was very helpful, checking how we were doing and also arranging airport transportation on our last day.

The property was very clean! We loved having our own bathrooms. The area was centrally located & easy to get to restaurants & places of interest. Our host was outstanding….extremely helpful getting luggage to the property, making reservations for dinner, taking care of the car! It made for an outstanding experience in Palermo!

Wonderful apartment!

We had a lovely stay and our host was very accommodating. We found the local shopping district and walked for hours admiring the local architecture and there were plenty of restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance to the port where we caught a ferry to Ischia. You must go there! The thermal pools and beach were so rejuvenated after the long flight from Tucson Arizona!!Just beware that the drivers in Naples are insane. Pedestrians must be on high alert!

What a great location!

The apartment was located in a great part of Town, very close to all the activities you could hope for but quiet enough to be able to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was clean, very comfortable, the host Antonio was AMAZING!!! He brought us wine and a little gift to welcome us. The elevator was very helpful. The restaurants within a walking distance were so good, the markets nearby were very convenient. Location, location, location. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect base in the heart of Palermo

The apartment was a perfect oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the heart of Palermo. Having three en suite bedrooms was fantastic, as was having a kitchen. Convenient and comfortable, I'd definitely stay there again.

Best Host

Antonio met us at his apartment to show us around and make sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. The location is perfect. We walked all over town and never needed a car. Antonio went above and beyond for us and brought my husband something special on his 70th birthday. We needed a car and driver to take us to our next location and Antonio set everything up for us. He even made sure we made it safely. Antonio, we can't wait to come back to see you. Ciao

Sanctuary in Palermo 😊

Stayed here one night with my cousin's. I had messed up our previous booking by one night 😔 Luckily we found Antonio, no one else was interested in hosting for one night. So glad we found him because next time I will try to book with him. The apartment was clean, big, and beautiful 💛 just what we wanted. Antonio was very responsive and super nice. Ideal for shopping, street food and work at home.

Our family was visiting Palermo for our friends’ wedding. Loved the vibe in the exterior courtyard of the building. Close enough to walk to from Palermo Centrale. We all had work to do so having three separate rooms with good solid doors and attached bathrooms was wonderful. Air conditioning worked great in each area. Thanks to Antonio for being a great host!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern. Das Gebäude selber ist sehr alt, aber wenn man nach drinnen kommt ist man überrascht von der renovierten Einrichtung. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein angrenzendes Bad und sind sehr sauber und groß. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung liegt neben einem Café, dass bis 2 Uhr morgens Live Musik angeboten hat.
