Beautiful Lakefront 1BR 1BA Romantic Couples Retreat in Carillon Beach. It's cozy, and offers everything you need including full-size kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. For peaceful nights, there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The home offers a lot of space outside with a 150 square foot balcony with a dining set. There is also a beautiful patio with a grill, two Adirondack rocking chairs, and a porch swing that sit right on Lake Carillon - all perfect for Happy Hour and watching sunsets. When you're ready to go to the beach, it's a short walk down the sidewalk to Crossover #7 where you will find 3/4-mile of beautiful beach. No need to cross a busy street. There you will find two lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved just for you. When you've had enough sand, enjoy the pool overlooking the ocean, a heated pool, or the pool just five lots from InnJoy. When you return, enjoy the outside shower with hot water.

The owners live in the main house on the property so we're available if you have any problems or need any assistance selecting that perfect restaurant. We will treat you like guests in our own home!

This is the third time we've stayed at InnJoy and it's as good as ever. It is so well-stocked with everything you need and Tonda is such a great host. She always responds very quickly to questions we have. We'll probably be back next year.

Anniversary Getaway
Our stay at Innjoy was exactly what my wife and I needed. The space and location is perfect for a romantic beach getaway. I was shocked at how well stocked and organized the property was. Tonda was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay and is a wonderful host. If you’re even remotely considering staying here I would definitely pull the trigger, you will not regret it.

Great location
We were very pleased with the location of this rental. We felt very safe in the gated community and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had great communication with the owner; she was very accommodating. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. We did feel it could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning.

Loved the location. Easy walk to the beach access and pools. The beach is great and not crowded! We really enjoyed the beach chairs and not having to carry so much to the beach. We enjoyed the upper deck overlooking the pond at night and early mornings in the shade. Well stocked home with blender, dishes, paper towels, garbage bags etc that make the stay easier than trying to remember everything you might need. I appreciated knowing that all shams and bedding are washed between guests. Friendly host!

Perfect Getaway!
I would definitely recommend this spot for any couple looking for a private getaway. It’s just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from all of the 30A beaches. The home had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Just perfect!
We enjoyed our stay at “Inn Joy” so much! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip to Carillon and it was perfect for the two of us! The proximity to the beach and pool was so nice- super easy walking distance. The carriage house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. And the view from the balcony at sunrise and sunset was just unbeatable! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We’ve stayed here twice and will come back again! Nice private beach (with chairs/umbrella) in easy walking distance. Owner is on property in main house and she is a delight! Super clean with quality appliances and furnishings. Beautiful neighborhood. Great location between 30A and PCB. Close to everything!

Last minute weekend at the beach
We decided to make a quick trip to the beach and were fortunate to find this charming cottage, InnJoy, in Carillon. Lovely one bedroom with nice appointments next to Carillon Lake. Great place for couples and possibly for an added child with a sleeper sofa. The owner is attentive and easy to communicate with during your stay. Would recommend.

Great Place for Two
InnJoy was a great little place to enjoy the amenities at Carrillon Beach. The condo was very clean and practically everything except for food was provided. Will definitely consider staying there in the future.

Beautiful relaxing vacation
We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was perfect for just my husband and myself. We love the community and the cottage was a perfect location on the beautiful lake and so close to the beach. The cottage had everything we needed and very comfortable furnishings. The beach is so quiet. We will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing! Tonda had everything we could think of — laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, sandwich bags, a wine stopper, coolers, beach towels, the list goes on and on! Great Carriage House.
Southern Hospitality at it's best! Tonda has provided anything and every thing you would ever need. The carriage house itself is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. This owner goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of her guest. We will definitely be returning. BTW, we love her dogs.

Awesome place
One of the best places we have ever vacationed. Very clean. Close walk to the beach and pools. My wife and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Tonda truly takes care of the place. Even helped with what channel the Braves were playing on. 5 plus stars all the way around.

We moved into the completed main house on the property in December 2018 and live there full time. We love recommending places to go and eat. It's like having your own tour guides onsite!

Why they chose this property

We searched for years looking for the right beach location. After a taste of the hustle and bustle of Rosemary and Seaside and all points in between, we stumbled across Carillon Beach. So much more peaceful and so less crowded. No need to cross a major busy street and fight for a spot on the beach. Now we have two lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved on the beach in our own little slice of heaven allowing us and our guests to come and go as we please. No traffic issues to deal with as Carillon's entrance is on Hwy 98 - just across the Lake Powell bridge. We can go enjoy all that 30A has to offer when we choose without dealing with the daily traffic. If you want to have a relaxing vacation, please try "InnJoy" at Carillon Beach and "enjoy" all we have to offer.
