perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Es ist alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann und von der Terrasse aus schaut man zum Meer und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Bestens. Sauberkeit ist wirklich blitzeblank. Klasse. Das hat man wirklich selten. Danke

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, als wäre es gestern gebaut, außen wie innen. Die Einrichtung ist top! Gut ausgestattete Küche, genügend frische Handtücher usw. Der Empfang durch Rosa (Sergios Mutter) war sehr herzlich. Sie hat weitesgehend alles erklärt und überhaupt war sie sehr hilfsbereit. Als es zwei kleine Probleme gab (Gasherd und heißes Wasser in der Dusche, das auf einmal weg war) wurde alles sofort umgehend erledigt. Vielen Dank für Alles, 10/10 Punkten, kann man nur empfehlen!!!!!!!!

Das Haus ist 1A die Lage mit Blick zum Meer, die Sauberkeit und Ruhe alles sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und eine Pizzeria. Maria spricht nur italienisch aber mit dem yÜbersetzer hat alles geklappt. Herne wider

Erholsame Tage in einer tollen Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Begeistert waren wir vom tollen Meerblick inklusive der Sonnenuntergänge. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man auch gut die Gegend erkunden und an den meist naturbelassenen Stränden die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wirklich schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir können uns den sehr positiven Bewertungen der Villa am Meer nur vorbehaltlos anschließen. Hervorheben möchten auch wir den sehr gepflegten Zustand des gesamten Objekts. Die Villa ist wunderbar hell und lichtdurchflutet und bestens ausgestattet. Hinzu kommt der Meerblick mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Rosa hat uns bei unserer Ankunft alles ausführlich erklärt. Aufgrund starker Regenfälle während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung. Rosa hat uns sofort geholfen und am nächsten Tag wurde das Problem komplett behoben. In Petrosino gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch wir waren von der nahe gelegenen Pizzeria sehr angetan und haben dort mehrmals eine hervorragende Pizza gegessen. Von Petrosino aus sind viele lohnenswerte Ziele in ungefähr einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wer eine längere Fahrt im Kauf nimmt kann auch die wirklich sehenswerten Tempel bei Agrigento besuchen. Auch eine Tagestour nach Palermo ist machbar. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus im Südwesten von Sizilien suchen.

Urlaub vom Feinsten

Wir wurden von Rosa sehr nett empfangen und konnten die Villa sogar schon etwas früher beziehen. Zur Begrüßung gab es sehr leckeres Gebäck und einen Espresso, womit Rosa uns auch direkt die Maschine erklärte. Eine Flasche Wasser lag ebenfalls im Kühlschrank. Rosa zeigte uns alles und gab uns noch Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus, es war super sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, Gewürze, leckeres, selbst hergestelltes Öl, alles da was man benötigt. Wunderbar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, für uns sehr wichtig und wir haben richtig gut geschlafen in dem bequemen Bett. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und die wunderschöne Aussicht und Ruhe haben wir genossen. Im Ort gab es mehrere Geschäfte und einen fantastischen Bäcker, mit freundlichem Personal, welches uns jeden Tag neue Köstlichkeiten empfohlen hat. Alles super frisch und so lecker, und das ganze zu einem tollen Preis - unbedingt probieren. In der Nähe gab es einige Strände, am besten gefallen hat uns der „Lido Signorino“ , mit dem Auto noch nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Man kann wunderbare Ausflüge machen. Unsere Favoriten waren der Archäologische Park von Selinunt , Erice, die Altstadt von Trapani und Marsala. Sollte man irgendetwas benötigen, konnte man Rosa zu jeder Zeit telefonisch erreichen und sie hat sich sofort gekümmert. Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben, so unglaublich wohl haben wir uns gefühlt. Vielen Dank, besonders an Rosa für deine Freundlichkeit und das leckere Öl, wir werden euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :) Liebe Grüße aus Köln von Fabrizio und Claudia

Traumhaftes Haus am Meer

Wir sind schon in sehr vielen Ferienhäusern gewesen. Aber noch keines war so sauber, wie dieses Haus! Überhaupt ist das ganze Haus inkl. Garten hervorragend gepflegt, so dass man nicht sieht, ob das Haus 2 oder 8 Jahre alt ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar keine Spülmaschine, dafür ein riesiges Waschbecken. Mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer wäscht es sich auch gerne ab. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, nebst Wohne-/Esszimmer/Küche. Alles ist stimmig und hübsch dekoriert, aber nicht überladen. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben. In Fuss-Distanz gibt es eine Pizzeria, einen Coop und eine Gelateria. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im Ort selbst mit weiteren Geschäften. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus resp. in Petrosino ist im Vergleich zu anderen Stränden Siziliens leider nicht besonders schön und nicht so gepflegt. Da ist es ratsam, etwas weiter zu fahren. Dafür liegt das Haus optimal für Ausflüge z.B. nach Trapani / Inseln, resp. Eriche, Segesta, Selinunte, etc. Rosa hat uns sehr warm in Empfang genommen, war mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle und hat uns sehr lieb ver- und umsorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles! Es ist uns eine Freude, Dich kennen gelernt zu haben!

Clean, well organised villa with beautiful sunset views

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is very well equip and spotless clean. One addition that would finish the villa perfectly would be a BBQ. The villa is in a great location for beaches, restaurants (as long as you have a car!) but also with quiet privacy for relaxing at the villa.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben in diesem modernen Ferienhaus zwei super schöne Wochen verbracht. Begeistert hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, der tolle Meerblick in dem man die Sonne wunderschön untergehen sehen konnte und die ruhige Umgebung des Hauses. Bei Fragen oder kurzzeitig nicht funktionierendem W-lan wurde uns zuverlässig und schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Wunderschönd modern eingerichtetes Domizil u. ehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe z. Detäil eingerichtet

Domizil ist super mit super blick äuf ds meer.Leider ist meerzugäng und stränd nicht besonders schön. Die Änfährt zum Domizil ist ehr schwierig und bedürfte einer dringenden überärbeitung seitens von sergio. Häusverwälter sind super nett. In der Beschreibung sollte äuch äuf die vielen Händtücher und den Bettwäschewechsel hingewiesen werden. ist nämlich super und in den etzten Jähren häbe ich noch nie ein domizil erlebt däs so reinlich wär. Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Sonnenuntergänge, super netter Kontakt

Das Haus ist sehr modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand und man hat einen sehr schönen Meerblick. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Sergio und Rosa war sehr nett, reibungslos und sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps vor Ort versorgt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Très belle villa de vacances

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille au mois d'aout 2017 et la villa a totalement répondu à nos attentes. Le lieu est calme, très bien agencé, la climatisation est un réel confort pour passer de bonnes nuits. Les visites des villes alentours demandent quelques heures de voiture mais Marsala, Palerme et San Vito Lo Capo nous ont enchanté. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Très belle villa !

Villa au calme, très propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée ( rien ne manque ! ). Communication très facile avec Sergio. Flexibilité sur horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Excellent accueil de la part de Rosa qui reste très disponible tout au long du séjour. Rosa est adorable et fait tout pour que les vacances se passent bien !!! Voiture nécessaire ( plages ). Supermarchés à proximité. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour en Sicile. Merci à Rosa et Sergio.

Herausragend mit 5+ Sternen

In meinen 20 Jahren Reisen in verschiedene Regionen die bisher schönste Ferienwohnung. Sehr persönliche Betreuung. Sehr sauber. Sehr modern. Alles sehr hell und ordentlich. Die Küche ist wundervoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Grosser Gasherd, grosse Spüle. Wir haben vorschnell Pfeffer, Salz, Öl usw. gekauft – alles war jedoch bereits vorhanden Filme und Bücher liegen bereit. Mir persönlich ist schneller Internet wichtig und das gibt es auch. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten super bequem. Die Terasse, die Sonnenuntergänge: wunderschön. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen nach Erice, Segesta, Salinen von Marsala, Mazara del Vallo und sogar bis San Vito Lo Capo. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Sicherheit ein kleines Juwel an der Sizilianischen Südwestküste. Danke an Sergio und seine Familie – ihr habt uns wunderbar beherbergt.

Ein gepflegtes zu Hause auf Zeit

Wir haben das Haus bei Ankunft um 23 Uhr mit Navi nicht gleich gefunden. Sergio und Rosa habe uns gleich abgeholt und uns in die wunderschöne Anlage begleitet. Sehr nette Gastgeber Alles top - und wir sind wirklich verwöhnt.

Belle vue sur mer!!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison en juillet dernier. Maison neuve très agréable fidèle à la description avec une très belle terrasse vue sur la mer. Les couchers de soleil sont à couper le souffle . La voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre à la Plage de sable fin de biscione qui est à 5 min. L accueil de La propriétaire était adorable de plus nous pouvions la joindre facilement en cas de problème. Dans le village poissonnier aux petits soins !! Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine très agréable et cette location est idéalement placée pour rayonner ensuite suite Erice, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo et les salines

Top Alloggio

Molto, molto pulito e proprio sul lungomare casa con i comfort moderni. Vi sentirete subito a casa. Ci sarà sicuramente prenotare una vacanza di ripetizione in questo alloggio. Anche Sergio e la sua Mamma Rosa sono molto belli e sono disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Tanti saluti ai due :-))

Bellissima vacanza con la famiglia

Ho trascorso 8 giorni con la famiglia a Villa "La Scogliera". La posizione è tranquilla e "strategica" per visitare la costa occidentale della Sicilia, con spiagge e mare meraviglioso; la casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, con i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a tutte le necessità. Non posso fare altro che consigliare vivamente questa struttura e spero di poterci ritornare in futuro.

Location magnifique

C'est un coin de paradis, une immense et belle terrasse avec une vue superbe, Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison neuve et confortablé' la Conchiglia ´´, nous avons appréciés aussi le calme et la quiétude que procure cet endroit. Un accueil sympathique la propriétaire s'est montrée très gentille et attentionnée. une belle rencontre ´´je lui passe le bonjour'´La voiture est nécessaire si vous souhaitez visiter' Je recommande vivement cette location.
