Activities are particularly numerous: the nearest beach is 250 M, the coastal path, very picturesque, 150 M. Among the many other beaches, that of Saint Efflam is remarkable for its extent of 4 KM.

Nautical activities are possible at the Nautical Center of Saint Efflam (sailing, sand yachting, sea kayaking, catamaran), and at the National Sailing School of Locquirec.

The discovery of the natural heritage is particularly interesting: the Trégoroise coast is wild and preserved, the sites of the pink granite coast (Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach, Trégastel), are remarkable, like those of Plougrescant and Port-Blanc, the 'Grande Island.
