My brand new accommodation is very close to Piazza San Marco, it is 150 meters and in less than two minutes you reach the square and the Basilica, we are in the city center with its beautiful local craft shops, Ponte dei Sospiri, Palazzo Ducale and the Canal Great. Comfortable apartment, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, oven, washing machine, iron. From the window you can see the bell tower of San Marco there is a beautiful terrace between the roofs where you can sip an aperitif and dream.

Venice Apartment

Great location, very close to S Marco square! You can see top of the bell tower from the bathroom window. Great communication for check in. Tatiana was great and helped us with questions about transportation, getting to and from the airport. She even helped us compare prices with different options available. The place was clean and kitchen was equipped with things we needed to cook with. Wish they had paper towels and napkins available. Bathroom was renovated and nice to have a bath tub separate from the shower. I recommend the location, walking distance to many eating places and main attractions, however, beware of the many flights of stairs (to go onto the property, and also once inside the apartment, another flight of stairs to go inside, and another one to get to the top, where the bathroom is located). This could be difficult for people who have a hard time going up stairs or if you have too much luggage/heavy bags. There is one main a/c unit which is more central to the place - if you keep it running continually with the flaps facing down and the bedroom doors open with ceiling fans on, you can get the whole place cooled off. They explained that in that area you are not allowed to have more than 1 a/c unit per apartment. There's a nice outdoor patio area available, as well as possible access to a washer for laundry, if you request access.

ZENTRALVENEDIG SAN MARCO FÜR 7 PERSONEN - WIFI - A. C. -

Die Lage der Wohnung, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, war sehr gut und zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war mit der sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin komplikationslos. Die Wohnung selbst ließ doch einiges zu wünschen übrig. Wasserschäden an den Wänden, rieselnder Putz in der Küche, das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse teilweise wegen der Einrisse in der Sitzfläche und der Auflagen fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mäßig, Espressomaschine nur für 2 Portionen, für eine Wohnung mit 7 Schlafplätzen nicht angemessen. Toaster defekt, Weingläser NICHT vorhanden, für eine Wohnung in Italien sehr verwunderlich. Abfluss fast verstopft im Badezimmer. Das Sofa im Flur mit dem Fernseher ohne internationales Programm ist ebenfalls höchstens für 2 Personen ausreichend. Somit können wir diese Wohnung höchstens für 2 Personen empfehlen, die aber nur einen Schlafplatz suchen. Gemütlich ist die Wohnung nicht.
