STRATEGIC LOCATION:: We are located in a typical district of Malaga and downtown 22 minutes walk from the old town on Calle Larios. It has all kinds of services, butchers, supermarkets, bakeries, bus stop of all lines, taxi rank, hospitals nearby, and shops for shopping.
STATE OF THE FLOOR: Fully renovated in January-2017. Brand new, with new furniture, new visco-elastic mattresses, simple, bright cozy and perfectly air-conditioned.
THE ACCOMMODATION: The hosts have a travel agency. We also offer transfer from or to the airport of Malaga, Seville and Granada.
PARKING: You can request private parking just 20 meters from the apartment for an additional cost of € 8 per day.
