14 Combehaven is the second-floor apartment within a luxury gated development only a short walk from Salcombe’s restaurants, pubs, upmarket shops and beautiful waterfront. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps four. There is an open-plan kitchen / lounge with a modern granite kitchen, coal-effect gas fire, dining table, two generous sofas and a balcony. Outside table and chairs are available to view the wonderful views over the town to Batson Creek. 14 Combehaven is a lovely apartment for couples and small families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe without compromising on space.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD and WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Off-road parking for two cars in covered car park. Balcony with furniture. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
