Beautiful villa with private pool - close to beach

Charming villa on the hill right outside of Domus de Maria. Set in one of the biggest nature reserves of south Sardinia. Calm and quiet residential area only 5-10 minutes drive from some of the best beaches - Chia beach and Tueredda lagoon. The villas has a private pool and a lovely little garden. A French pergola that shades a cosy outdoor dining area, and a large Weber Grill. The south of Sardinia boasts an unspoilt coastline with spectacular beaches and Caribbean-like turquoise sea. You reach the famous Chia beach in about 5-10 min drive from the villa. There are 2 local supermarkets in Domus de Maria within easy reach, a baker, a few bars, and a few restaurants - an amazing fish restaurant and a pizzeria. If you want more activities, Pula is a charming colourful small town only 20 min away. It has a selection of shops, restaurants, gelaterias and café bars and is very charming at night as well.

Entspannung gesucht und gefunden

Wir haben eine angenehme Zeit in der Villa und der Umgebung verbracht. Nur das Hundegebell hat am Abend die angenehme Atmosphäre getrübt. Ansonsten haben wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden.

Lage war ausgezeichnet; in 10-15 MInuten mit dem Auto bei diversen Stränden; Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin rasch und direkt über WhatsUp; Einziges Manko, im Inserat waren drei Schlafzimmer angeführt und vor Ort gab es aber nur zwei. Der Fehler wurde bereits behoben. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Amazing house!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house! It is very clean with a wunderful private pool, airconditioning and truly gorgious decorating. The reception by Ruggero and his family was very kind and welcoming. The communication upfront and during our stay with Ruggero and Karna was very pleasant and kind. Nothing but praise!
