The next door apartment must have the same setup with the loft sleeping because they got home at midnight and have a tv set up in their loft. And watched tv until 2am Blasting the tv all night. I banged on the wall and they turned it down for a while. Other than that we really enjoyed the apartment.
Well located smallish apartment in fantastic location. Other than the living room furniture not being particularly comfortable or cozy, we very much enjoyed our stay.
Great location, spacious accommodations....poor and rude communication
Nice location. spacious apartment close to central Florence. But it was virtually impossible to get the interior temperature warm enough. Tried everything possible. Had to bundle up with sweaters and blankets. Reached out to company and got a reply about 5 hours later. When checking in, we were told to request a late check out th e morning of our departure, which I did to 3 separate WhatsApp numbers. No reply for several hours until I got a call from a rude woman telling me that the cleaning lady told her that our luggage was still in the apartment ( yes, I knew this and they were all ready packed and ready to go). She was not pleasant at all. I told her we would be back within 15 minutes and collect our bags which we did and vacated the apartment. Things didn't have to be that difficult or unprofessional.
Location was unbeatable! The apartment exactly where we wanted to be and overall a very nice stay. Only thing to be aware of is the noise level- the walls are very very thin and we could hear everything in the apartment next to us. The television of the next door apartment must have been right on the wall, because we could hear it all night long until well past midnight. We eventually moved to the pullout couch downstairs and had no issues, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper!

Really lovely space, my daughter loved the loft! Beautiful wood beams on the ceiling and great big windows to look out to the quiet street below. Managed to walk with my husband, pushing three suitcases and our daughter in a stroller from the train station fairly easy. Would stay here again!
We enjoyed staying here for our quick trip to Florence. Very close to many sites and restaurants. The apartment/loft was unique, clean, and as advertised. Would absolutely stay here again!
The vrbo is in a great location walking distance from everything you need to see. It’s easy to get to the main street, but still quite enough to enjoy your time in the apartment as well. It did take us an hour and a half to get into the apartment. They had the wrong keys for the door, and tried to use those for about 45 minutes. Eventually they sorted it out and had to call another person. They brought the right keys and we got in an hour and a half after we got to the door originally. But the location was great, just should’ve been more organized for check in (we only had two nights in the city so it was unfortunate to lose that time).
We LOVED our stay! It was clean and a great amount of space! It was so close to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Ufizzi, Piti Palace, and many great restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!
Stayed two nights in this very cute appartment. The location was very central to the historic city center and around the corner from Ponte Vecchio. Bare minimum supplied by host, ie sheets, towels, toilet paper. No facial tissues, paper towels or even a bottle of water. Not the end of the world. We were out enjoying the sights all day. One thing to note, the are old buildings, the walls are thin!
Property was as described and in a perfect location! Our check-in with Erica went wonderfully! She gave us suggestions on local eateries, and of course, the best gelato!
My only complaint is that the door lock was difficult to open, But during check-in, Erica explained how to use it. It was just different than what we were used to. It definitely took a little finessing! Other than that, this property was excellent!!!
Excellent location to the main sites in Florence. We stayed for four nights and requested the amenities for such a stay. Property manager Edoardo was attentive and responsive to our needs. The woman who checked us in could have done a better job of showing us the details about the place such as oven controls, towel heaters, etc. she seemed more keen about collecting the city taxes than giving us the proper orientation that we are used to with other VRBOs. Lack of details was disappointing: one toilet paper roll for four days, one mini shampoo and no kitchen towels and no pillow cases for extra pillows as examples. Overall, if attention to details would improve we would recommend.
Amazing location - we walked to everything, including the train station. The apartment is very good, shows it’s age a bit but very comfortable bed and nice little kitchen. Good value.

Needs a better lock for entering
If you want to
Spend 10 to 15 minutes trying to enter the apart. You may find your stay pleasant. The lock it extremely finicky, the gal that checked me in spent over 10-15 trying to get in. The owner never really responded. The agency that monsters was available to
Chat but did nothing. The location is good, but believe the lock is not
Worth the location.
The location is a second floor walk-up which is common in Italy. The apartment is listed correctly but be warned that the adjacent apartment walls are very thin so you can hear anything from the TV to quiet conversation while in bed. If you are a light sleeper it may be tough as on our visit the neighbors had the TV and…extracurriculars…until about 2AM. Overall nice place but keep that in mind.
Location is truly perfect. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions, shopping, food. The bedroom part of the loft is a bit cramped but the rest of the apartment is fine. Appreciated the washing machine.
